No complaints about the property but chose the property for it's advertised shuttle service. We had no problem getting a shuttle but when I called prior to our arrival and asked about the shuttle there was no mention that there were limited operating hours or a shuttle needing to be scheduled. We needed a 3am shuttle to make it to our connecting flight and shuttle service was unavailable until 4am to which all seats had already been booked. We needed up booking a Lyft which wasn't super inconvenient but not necessarily what I had anticipated having to do when I expected to be able to utilize onsite transportation .

Other than these couple of inconveniences, it was a good stay.

Easy access to the airport with a shuttle that starts at 4:00 am. The hotel is very clean well maintained.

Full stand up showers. Close airport. Very clean and new.

The breakfast and parking both costs extra. There was no way to close the curtains and there were really bright lights out side our room from a car wash.

When making a significant investment to stay at your establishment, it would be beneficial if parking fees were waived for overnight guests.

and fan that works. Nearly every hotel I’ve stayed in, the bathrooms are pitch dark at night and you have to turn on the blinding overhead light. I’ll be back.

Have to pay for parking. Not part of the hotel charge, cannot charge it to the room. Can’t close the blackout curtains - can see into the room from the parking lot at night
