Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport

The water in room had a charge.... There was very little gluten free options at breakfast and no labels. The door to our room was literally too big for the door frame so it didn't close...also upgrade the smart TVs ... No one wants to watch local garbage tv.

Eveyrjting was amazing

Just no that even though you reserved a room months in advance, they have no issue giving your room away.

Honestly best hotel staff I have ever experienced!!!

The size of the room was good. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was helpful. There is no fans in the bathroom. Having to pay 19 dollars for parking each day. There wasn't much variety of breakfast meats. Many things were cold or empty.Things were out of order the whole stay. The air conditioner only cooled the bedroom not the living room.

Front desk staff attitude, dirty rooms, breakfast had fruit fly issue, rocking chair like toilet in room, thudding living room sink pipes like some one knocking at the door for hours, desk staff lied about shuttle time and we were late

The pool was heated and ready to use. It was clean. The breakfast was really good. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

In addition, we had a conference room reserved with snacks, but the conference room wasn't serviced after the first day except to remove the snacks and all the drinks from the refrigerator. On the next day, when they brought the snacks, they were the same ones but this time the popcorn was stale and the carmel popcorn was soggy. It was same food they had removed the night before. We had to ask to have the drinks returned. No water was provided. Overall the stay was not good and we will not be returning to the hotel due to both ignoring the reservation and the poor service for the conference room.

Stay was not good , cleaning service was poor . Restroom not good . Missing basic amenities. After 5 pm no staff present to help you

The front destroyer staff were incredibly helpful and answered all. your questions questions. The room was very comfortable. I slept like I hadn't in years. I had a great experience overall, but perhaps having the option to do late checkout would be an added bonus. Especially when the hotel is not fully booked.

Room we were given had just had the carpets cleaned and the floor was still quite damp.The ladies on the evening shift got us moved i to a new room quickly and conveniently. Thank you!

The room was lovey so was the view

Great hotel but one elevator wasn’t working. Shuttle took forever to get to airport on return. We waited at least 35 minutes.

Price is a little high.

Clean, close to airport, and quiet.

Room was out of conditioner and waited awhile to be served at the restaurant but overall stay was awesome!

I love staying there!

I didn’t like the parking fee, it should be for free.
