Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road

Superb

Room had an old smell. Pillows had an old smell that didn’t smell clean

Superb

We weren’t able to contact anyone at the hotel to arrange a shuttle after our late delayed flight. The manager did try to make things right by issuing us Hilton Honors points since we had to take a taxi from the airport.

The two front desk ladies, one tall light skinned black and the other short Hispanic, were rude and seemed annoyed when we requested anything. They failed to book our airport shuttles correctly and didn’t get our room cleaned as requested. They were on their phones and didn’t like being bothered. Won’t be returning to this hotel. They need to hire friendlier and more welcoming staff.

Room was nice, amenities were great. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of options. Shuttle to the airport was convenient.

Room had no coffee pot, no ice bucket. Staff was very cold and indifferent.

Exceptional

Great place. Would recommend.

Property was clean and well maintained with a hot breakfast, pool, and basketball court

it is a very good hotel near the airport. I recommend it.

I will be going back every time I come to Denver. Convenient and very easy to get around.

Clean, quiet, close to the airport and very good breakfast included. I got in very late and checked in at 1am but had no trouble getting my room key. The only complaint was that I could hear loud snoring from room next door but after a while I got to sleep.

Good

Breakfast was delicious, had a great variety an available! Nothing

It was quiet and easy to find. Pillows were extremely flat and I used all 2 or 3 pillows and had to fold them and still were flat

The property itself could use a little bit of an update. In my first room, the bathroom door didn’t stay open, and the shampoo and conditioner holders were broken. Unfortunately, when I turned the lock on my door to bolt it for the evening, it locked me in the room. Fortunately, the front desk called maintenance and I was able to exit the room. I asked to move rooms while they worked on it, and that room was a bit nicer, but still looked like it needed a refresh. There’s also a requirement for overnight parking, which I wasn’t expecting and seems a bit much. The morning staff was very friendly and kind.

The floors are dirty and the general vibe feels sterile. The breakfast was the average American hotel fair, which I can never recommend. One of the beds in my room had a damaged frame, and the power blinds were damaged. The bathroom vent seemed to be making the bathroom smell worse, not better. The overall area is an industrial park on the prairie. I’m confident South Park will do an episode here😢 The staff person at check in was very nice.

Friendly kind employees. Very sweet and helpful. Pillows smelled breathy like other guest used.

Cleanliness Smell when you first walk in room. Offensive
