Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bed was comfortable!

Property was fine for the one night we needed a stay. Rooms are minuscule. Shower was good. Breakfast was okay.

The room assigned to me was not the room I reserved and paid for. The linens doesn’t smell fresh. The tube of the shampoo is hard to squeeze.

Great interim hotel between our international and domestic flights home. Clean, quiet and the airport shuttle both ways was great! Breakfast was delicious and the gal in charge of the breakfast area was delightful .

The staff was clearly annoyed with my presence at the front desk on two separate occasions. And that was after the staff showed up at their duty station that they had abandoned, forcing me to wait. You’re taking my money; you can at least do it promptly and not make me wait. The room lacked a coffee maker, which isn’t a big deal but at an airport hotel, should be a no brainer. They charge you to park at a location that you would never pay to park at in normal life and this is basically a way to offer a low advertised room rate and then jack up the actual rate. So, although it wasn’t a bad overall experience, it cost too much for what it offered. And a hotel front desk needs to have a front desk CLERK staffing that position. And when the clerk does saunter back to their post, they probably shouldn’t have attitude when taking your money.
