Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road

Great location.

Location was fairly close to the airport. Very basic room, facilities a little run down, airport shuttle atrocious (wait time almost an hour at the airport after 2 phone calls).

This was a reasonably priced hotel but with that came smaller or lesser quality amenities and a noticeably smaller hotel room. Everything, was clean and fairly comfortable though.

Staff was incredible!! Only stayed literally a few hours but bed was so comfy.

This hotel is pretty basic. It looks modern on the surface until you notice the mold and peeling caulk in the shower; no coffee or tea in room; 2 pillows for a queen sized bed, and worn stained carpets. The front desk staff were super friendly though, and their airport shuttles ran right on time.

Basic hotel, good for an overnight at the airport. Room was comfortable but not a lot of amenities. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom were so-so and towels were not plush. Breakfast was included but not much to write home about. Why can't hotels have fruit and granola for breakfast and how about bacon? Coffee tasted like dishwater.

A beautiful hotel, nourishing breakfast, laundry facilities were nice. All staff were sweet !

Loved the floors (no old carpeting)! The place was minimalistic but clean and provided the most basic of necessities (refrigerator, hair dryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner). This hotel was close to the airport and provided free shuttle service and breakfast was included at a reasonable price! I would stay here again!

Tru Hotel Denver Airpot is truly a great hotel to stay in. The rooms are thoroughly clean and the staff is really friendly. It is becoming a favorite.

Rooms were very basic. No tea or coffee in rooms. Breakfast was basic, with not a lot of hot food available. Plastic cutlery and paper plates.

Smelly pillows like they haven’t been washed. Called for shuttle pick from airport, waited 40 minutes and they never showed up.

The amenities outside of the room within the property were great The room it self was clean however no closet or storage area other than a bench and hangers right by the door. Very similar to a hotel 6 or studio 6

The only downfall was the shuttle. We waited an hour for it to come. It only comes once an hour. That was very miserable waiting outside after a full night and day of flying. If they had an additional shuttle it would be 5* for sure.

The hotel had everything we needed for an enjoyable evening. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant.
