When I requested a n accessible room, they failed to provide one.

Quick overnight stay - was a great, spacious room. Disappointed with the breakfast, but didn’t have high expectations - was only okay.

The pool was pretty gross. The worst part was it was a very noisy hotel, lots of stomping and running above us the whole night.

Staff was GREAT!

The room was clean but need more atención on hair I was hair in the shower In the kitchen. Floor. I really like the breakfast those ladies they work there so nice. And helpful. I don’t like that they charge for parking. I pay 90 doma for 5 days.

Hotel shuttle was on time. Bed was very comfortable and the large walk in shower was good, once you figured out hot was cold and vice versa. Overall it was only OK. It has potential, just need to get the kinks ironed out. Would stay again in a pinch.

The king suite room with full kitchen was great. Hot tub was getting cleaned and filled one day so couldn’t use it. Wish there was an outdoor pool but couldn’t change that. Great place and convenient for us!

Room was able to comfortably fit a wide array of amenities - kitchen services, sofa, large bathroom - in to a relatively small space. Shower was especially large and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but certainly sufficient, and front desk staff were friendly. Only frustration was getting to and from the airport. Hotel is sold as an airport hotel with shuttle service to and from, but it's 5 miles away + the bus is run by an independent agency serving 6 or 7 other hotels. It can't serve that many different hotels and keep the 30-minute schedule that is promoted. Wait was much longer both at night at the airport and the following morning at the hotel.

Breakfast very basic and limited.

Clean room, friendly staff and free airport shuttle. What more could you ask for? Oh yes, and then they add breakfast in!

The pool is a bit chilly but once you're in it's good and it's maintained.

Smile costs you nothing mate.

Room was very clean and large. We had the two bedroom/two bath suite. One bedroom was cool, however, the air flow in the second bathroom was not good and it became quite warm. Room was nice and fit our needs just fine.

Had a great stay this past week. Hotel was in excellent condition, and the staff was amazing. Special shout out to Jett at the front desk. Super friendly and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Genuinely one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We chose this one because it was listed as pet friendly and we travel with our dog. When we inquired about having our dog at the front desk, the receptionist got very rude & was immediately raising their eyebrows like they were shocked we’d bring our dog. They let us know there was a charge of $100 and when we clarified if it was a hold or a flat out fee, the receptionist asked us if we were unable to afford it & could not give us a straight answer on if it was a hold or a fee. So basically insinuated that we couldn’t even afford the hotel we chose to stay in. Anyway, check into our room and there’s a giant red stain in the carpet that’s been conveniently covered by a stool. & to top it all off, the bathroom is directly across from the bed - and the doors don’t connect. There is a giant gap where you can see out of the bathroom into the bedroom and vise versa. I’ve never made it a point to review a hotel because at most they’re just “okay”. This hotel was far from okay. Rude staff & can’t clean rooms properly.

I chose the hotel based on ratings, price, & shuttle service. There was a group of us traveling & I booked the rooms. One room the night of 7/10 & 3 rooms the night of 7/18. We parked one car there for 8 days as well. When it came time to shuttle back to the hotel, first time the bus was full. It happens. Second time only blue ticket holders could board. Nobody at the hotel knew anything about blue tickets. Ultimately we were never picked up by the airport shuttle & had to get an Uber to the hotel. They offered a free snack for our trouble. I would never recommend this hotel. I believe the ratings are manipulated. Hotel was fine. Shuttle amenity was a joke at best. Nearly $1,000 spent here & they offered a snack for their lack of service & our having to pay for a Uber. Disappointing.

Nice stay other than my wife catching someone that works there reaching into the bacon tray barehanded, then eating it right in front of her. Lol. I get it tho, you were hungry haha

Staff was great Jett and Bartender out of this world great staff
