Hyatt House Denver Airport

Needed somewhere to stay one night and this hotel was perfect.

Clean and comfortable

Property is fine and convenient to airport. But 18 dollars to park was uncalled for. It felt very much like we were being taken advantage of. And worse the registration to park did not work well and it should happen as a normal part of the check in process. Something's wrong when it takes 10 times longer to register a car to park then tom heck in to the hotel. Front desk staff was quite defensive about it as well. I will avoid this hotel for the parking fee in the future.

Great location, clean, spacious room, and friendly staff!

This was an awesome place to stay. The property was extremely clean even with the snow and slush outside of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful guiding us through acplace that wasn't familiar to us. Thank you 😊

Whirlpool didnt work right, and shower area did not work. No one cleaned the room we had to ask for clean towels at desk. The staff was all friendly and nice and the rooms and bed were great

The hotel was nice I love the rooms we had a very nice large size room bedroom living room and little kitchen they remind me of one bedroom apartment I loved it the only thing that I didn't care about with the stove it was cooking my food so slow to mess my fish up I had to throw it away that's the only thing but other than that it's a good place to stay the staff was nice the breakfast was good and I didn't have to call the staff or anything I forgot to let him know about the stove I enjoyed my stay we go back again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We were here for a few short hours to nap due to flight cancellation. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Person working the front desk wasn’t very friendly. However we would probably look to stay here if we were headed to Denver

Won’t stay again because they charge $15 a day for parking which is ridiculous. The pool was too cold to swim in. Room was nice but had to change rooms because air wasn’t working. Breakfast was average. Everyone was very nice and the place is very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. We were annoyed having to pay $18 for parking-Expedia did not make a point of mentioning that. Breakfast was not up to par compared to other Hyatt Places I’ve stayed at. AC blew right down in the bed.

I did not like having to pay for parking this should be taking care of by the hotel. I had to pay 18$ a night just to park after paying to hotel fee to stay. Not happy and it was not disclosed in the information. I was told it was because Hyatt did not own the property outside the walls that was airport property. This needs to be made known I could have said other places and will next time.

Clean room. Great layout in the room. Great staff

Room I was placed in had an odd smell. They sent maintenance right away who proceeded to spray some chemicals down various drains. This resulted in a chemical and foul smell combination. I opened the window and left for an hour. By this time I had to go to bed as I was tired from traveling and left the window open. Woke up to the foul smell still, I was only there for a night so I moved on.

When I requested a n accessible room, they failed to provide one.
