Never stay here again first night shower didn't work

No amenities and room had mold in it and very filthy

Bed hard. I left 2 pairs of headphones charging on the nightstand. A friend went back within an hour of leaving. (I called 30 minutes after I left and was told the housekeeper wouldn’t be in for 3 days to check.) The manager swore there was nothing in the room and wouldn’t allow us to check. I do not recommend.

Room was clean, but it was a non smoking room and we had to ask for the bedding to be changed. They did as we asked and it did help. The room did have a smoke smell when the ac wasn't running. Good air conditioner, check in was easy. The outside area was in our condition. There were also people hanging around outside smoking. Would not recommend for families.

Manager very helpful and property very clean. Also quiet hours WERE observed-wonderful!! Bed is very very hard-LOlL. Other wise for the price could not be better

There were holes.in the walls. Suffice it being a non smoking room there were cigarette burns in the sheets, blankets and even the shower curtain. The floor by the mini fridge had a thick sauce like mess on the floor. The white sheets had black stains on them. Tv remote was taped together. And I swear even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door someone went in there and sprayed the room. I think the only ring positive about this place is that the staff was friendly. I will never stay again and never recommend to anyone.

Clean and economical. At first I thought the nearby rail line would be too noisy, but it was kind of charming.

This property was absolutely horrible. We booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first night. Someone kept knocking on our door until 4 in the morning, we tried contacting the front desk and they would not answer. Absolutely terrifying, and not clean.

Plenty of shops nearby. The room needed several repairs.

The linens and towels were clean but getting a little worn.

Was told to make my own sign for door to not be disturbed. Other then that great place to stay if your on a budget.

It was rated 3.7 out of 5 stars and personally I give it a 2 bc the ac worked great & Staff/owners were friendly.

Only thing was the vinyl floor was filthy. I took my shoes off and walked across the floor and the bottom of my feet were black. I spilled some water on the floor and used a bath mat to wipe it up. The mat was black. Vinyl flooring is great as long as it is cleaned regularly.

We can get over location, but there were some issues I that need to be addressed. Rooms are decent enough for $80. In any room the first thing I check is the cracks of the top sheet and where it tucks into the bed. NO issues, but I did notice that behind the bed against the wall was really gross. I also noticed the top sheet was inside out. (thoughts on this later). I left my phone while taking some time in the bathroom, and had no distractions. I couldnt help but look at where the wall meets the floor and it was caked with dust and hair. I did the whole TP swipe and it looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. Moving to the bed, my partner was wondering how often the comforter is washed, so we took it off only to notice many hairs, some long on the blanket underneath. This brought me back to the inside out top sheet and got me wondering if it was actually turned over between guests. Finally, preparing for bed and using a towel, I couldn’t help but notice the large stain… Look, I’m all for family run businesses and saving money is nice, but we both decided that there’s a floor to our cost saving, and we’ve met ours. That being said, if you wanna save $ you’ll be fine.

Straight shot to Zmax dragway and Charlotte Motor Speedway. Will definitely stay here next year

Completely run down. Scary and felt unsafe Really gross hotel and shady

The staff are super accommodating and helpful. There are several businesses close by; which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The room has air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and is quiet.
