Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kannapolis/Concord

The rooms all smell like cigarettes and the sheets were dirty. Room was halfway renovated and the window was cracked. The room felt damp and the a/c wasn’t working properly. Coffee was terrible and there isn’t much of a selection for breakfast. Lisa was very helpful with assisting with getting a new room. Hotel needs to improve the quality of the rooms.

Paid for room and didn't stay.

When we checked in the front desk clerk made us wait til she finished making her sandwich before she helped us. Asked for a extra towel it was stained asked for another one she said the stained one was cleaned😵‍💫

Nice place. The fact that they made no reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I needed a shower chair in what they called a handicapped room. Even the General Manager said they had none. I reported them to the U.S. Justice department's Civil Rights Division for violating the ADA.

Nice inexpensive hotel. Cleaning staff are very responsive.

The lobby had an ice machine that sounded like a lawn mower running. It felt old and used. The room felt dank and smelled of smoke. Not a pleasant or welcoming space. We were disappointed and did not stay at the hotel.

Room was clean and the property was well maintained. No lamps in the bedrooms, which is kind of odd, but good other than that.

Room was small bed was too hard

We booked because is a Wyndham affiliate. Well if this is now Wyndham’s standards we will not be staying at any Wyndham hotels ever again. Damages that have not been repaired. Front desk attendants dressed more like they were working for a lawn service. Breakfast if you call it that. Frozen waffles, sandwich bread only. Orange juice that was almost brown it was so old. No yogurt, milk in a carafe. We were afraid to eat anything other than toast and waffle. A huge dead grasshopper in the front desk elevator area that had already turned brown. Walked into our room the temperature was set to 66. So cold that the floor had moisture on it.
