The hotel was perfect for a one night stay.

Great place really impressed

Friendly and fast check in, room was spacious and clean. Needs more towels and pillows, good selection for breakfast, many restaurant choices in area.

The hotel smelled like Chlorine when you walk in. I looked clean and the staff was nice but there was a big water bug in our room. We didn't stay we checked out.

Staff was great and very welcoming. Definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness was horrible. Choose elsewhere for better conditions even for a night or two.

Very nice staff n nice room as well

Rooms were clean with no odors but we did have problems in the shower area with a loose shower rod which maintenance tried to fix the next morning. If the room is on the front side of the building there will be highway traffic noise 24 hours/day. The king room was spacious but furnishings are at a minimum. Even though we had a sofa it would have been better if there had also been a footstool. The bed was comfortable and slept really well. We spent 2 nights for family events in the community and would probably return again since the rates are very competitive. Safety and security were not an issue.

Online description is not accurate of the location and staff. I booked a stay through a third-party only to later find out that the hotel was not in the best location for safety. I shared my concerns with the third-party and the hotel directly. The third-party canceled my request to stay and was to provide a refund. The hotel now wants to decline the refund but will not provide a specific answer as to why. The hotel representatives are falsifying documents to stay I utilized my reservation when that is not the case. I have receipts to show I stayed elsewhere. And considering the hotels were sold out at the time of my booking, I’m sure they made double the income by rebooking “my room” because I did not stay.

The room was extremely humid and in the morning there were multiple bugs crawling around the bathroom area.

Clean; quiet; friendly, helpful staff. Only two things not working. The door to the outside at the end of the hall would not open with the keycard and the first floor ice machine not functional. Breakfast foods were limited but adequate. Good quality. My room was perfect, spacious, clean and a most convenient location. I thank the hotel staff for that. The outside grounds were maintained nicely with a pet friendly environment. It was a pleasure staying there. Restaurants, the Cabarrus Arena, grocery stores etc were all conveniently located.

Très mauvaise expérience. À mon arrivée, l'hôtel m'a affirmé qu'Expedia avait annulé ma réservation à 13 h 08. J'ai immédiatement contacté Expedia, qui m'a confirmé que ma réservation n'avait jamais été annulée et qu'elle était toujours active dans leur système. Expedia a également tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises, sans obtenir de réponse. De plus, leur agente m'a indiqué que l'hôtel avait déjà encaissé le paiement de ma nuit. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a refusé de me remettre une chambre. Heureusement, Expedia m'a remboursé intégralement et m'a offert un crédit de 50 $ pour une prochaine réservation. Leur service à la clientèle a été exemplaire. Après plusieurs heures de route avec ma famille, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hébergement. Peu importe la cause du problème entre l'hôtel et Expedia, ce n'est pas au client d'en subir les conséquences. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
