One feature that really stood out was the laundry facility. The washer and dryer appeared to be brand new and worked amazingly well, which was especially appreciated. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the overall condition of the room exceeded my expectations. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a gym or fitness center. If having workout facilities on-site is important to you, you’ll need to plan for an alternative option nearby. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, and great laundry facilities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the Concord area.

Beds were 10 out ot 10. Best we have had at a hotel. Room was nice and very neat and clean. The bathroom door would not fully close. The air-conditioning unit made noise that made it hard to stay asleep.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating when needed. The space was modern and bright. Outdoor space was just as nice as the inside. There were a few things missed during the cleaning before we checked in (Bobby pins on the bathroom floor for example) but overall it was a really great room and hotel in general.
