We went down to Charlotte for the night and the staff was super helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. and the Breakfast was amazing! Lots of different types of foods to choose from! Definitely will be staying there again when we come back to The charlotte area

My room was clean and bed was comfortable. A/C is a bit loud but that's it. Location was convenient to food and highway access.

Renovations were at the lobby at the time we were there. Quite a bit of dust during one trip through. But we could see that improvements were well on the way. I believe our room was recently done, it looked nice.

Nice breakfast. Coffee was much better than other places. Enjoyed that. Michelle who was working the breakfast each day was so good and sweet. She kept it clean the whole time. Helpful. Very impressed with her. I think she did her job and then some. All of the staff were great. Concord NC location No problems with anything really. The furniture in the dining room was really old and messed up.
