Sleep Inn Concord - Kannapolis

The building is very outdated and so is the plumbing. There are holes throughout the entire property. We were switched to three different rooms due to the toilets, not flushing. The microwaves don’t work in the room. The other appliances are outdated. The staff was not helpful and caught an attitude when I told them it was an inconvenience for me to have to plunge my own toilet. When I wasn’t the one who clogged it. I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It should actually be closed and renovated before opening its doors and taking peoples money. Spending 150 on this hotel was way overpriced. To be offered a partial refund I was forced to stay at the hotel. Nor did I receive my deposit back. I would not recommend nor stay at another choice hotel. I was also advised that I shouldn’t use third-party booking sites because guest are treated differently when they do.

Way way way better than I expected ill be returning

I had a room with a king sized bed. The room was clean ans so we're the common areas. The pool was maintained well.and I love that it is heated. The breakfast was continental okay.

The pool was warm and indoors which was perfect given the high temperatures we've had outside. Furthermore, the rooms are basic and clean at a reasonable price.

Great stay for the price, the parking is terrible!

Friendly staff

I recorded it and reported to the desk upon turning in our keys. The clerk, Regina simply said they would send for an inspection to see if the room had any issues and there was nothing she could do about our situation! No credit or refunds could be made until they had evidence of pests.

Room outdated. Carpet seams separated. Hair dryer controls don’t work. It’s either on or off when you plug it in.

I love the pool There was food left in our refrigerator from. I’m not sure when I asked for someone to get it and stay there the entire time that we rented out that room. Another thing is our keys kept stalling they did not work. I had to go to the front desk, a couple of times to get new keys made and no they were not near my cell phone.

The room was clean but the breakfast room was dull and the light was tough.

They over charged me on deposit where white men didn’t even have to pay

The door lock kept rejecting our key cards and forcing us to go to the desk to get new ones made. Staff was very kind and understanding of the situation, which was great, and we greatly appreciate.
