Comfort Inn & Suites Concord (Kannapolis)

The room was very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Staff was helpful and the stay was great.

Breakfast was also pretty poor. The powdered eggs were really bad and the Canadian bacon was so over cooked it was like a hard and very chewy. The tables in the dining room were really wobbly and dirty. In the past they’ve always been good at wiping down the tables as people finish and leave the dining room. Going forward we will be staying elsewhere.

Clean Room, helpful staff, safe parking

It was very clean.. the bed was extremely comfortable and soft, the customer service was amazing , everything was just perfect .. It's nothing that I didn't like

I enjoyed the indoor pool and the room sizes. The staff was quick to accommodate any issues we had. Our first pull out couch was food all in it and stained sheets. Our AC in our first room was also broken.

Location, cleanliness of the main part of property. Base of toilet in room was not clean. Gave me the feeling that corners were cut with the rest of the cleaning.

Very clean , up to date. The bathroom was everything . Definitely will stay again

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time and the experience was horrible. We had to change our own towels out and go down to the front desk to ask for towels every day. And we also had to take out our own garbage when we ask them when would the room be clean? They said it’s on a three day rotation. We were actually there six days and no one came to change the bed clean the room or give us fresh towels. We were promised several times that we were on the list for that particular day, but it never happened. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and when you ask the staff, they just look in your face and lie to you. Once I told them that I was not satisfied, they told me that there wasn’t anything they can do to compensate me or help the fact that they failed. Please don’t stay here. It was a nightmare.

Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast

Rooms were decently cleaned, very strong musty mold smell from in the room which was probably from the ancient a/c unit that only worked on high and was very very loud! Both rooms I booked were the same way so I imagine it wasn’t just a one off.. staff were very very helpful and friendly- no complaints there.. it was supposedly remodeled but you could see all the corners that were cut .. wouldn’t stay here again.. but great staff!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable bed

One bad, major thing for us is that they removed the dressers! There is nowhere to unpack clothes and you have to live out of your suitcase. That is ridiculous. Blackout curtains are great and the bed is comfortable. However, only cleaning every three days is not convenient at all. Breakfast is decent too. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Modern upgrades Only one grab bar for the tub/shower that was in an awkward spot. The room was extremely hot when we entered and it took a long time for the room to cool. The microwave door kept sticking and caused me to overheat my food. The refrigerator did not cool as expected.

There were pubes in the shower when I got there and the fridge was turned completely off. Other than that it was pretty good.
