This Hotel had just completed a renovation and was having a Grand reopening. So that was a plus. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.the hotel was very clean.& maintained. We would like to especially thank one staff member Stephanie for going above and beyond whenever an issue arise. She was Amazing! For example. The mini refrigerator door would not close.it did not take multiple calls to get this issue resolved. Stephanie was very diligent and it was resolved in less than 15 minutes of calling. There were orher instances during her shift those 2 nights. The last night of our stay. There was some disturbances in the next room. Stephanie address that concern immediately. I must say she was very Professional in each situation and Customer friendly at the same time! I am also a Customer Service Specialist. I recognized all the qualities I was trained, taught and learned on how to execute Customer Service. Stephanie handle it using all the tools of not just Professionalism. But active listening, expressing empathy, demonstrating understanding, personable skills, genuine concern for the hotel guest and maintaining quality service for the establishment & safety. Working in this field myself. You don’t see the traditional Customer Service skills as of old. So to know that there are still many who value service of people using these skills made it sn exceptional stay! Thank you Stephanie and staff!

My wife tried to take a shower about 10:00pm. There was no hot water in either the lavatory or the shower. We reported this to the front desk the next morning only to be told “I can’t change your room without the general manager’s approval who will be in by 9:00. We had to leave before 8:30. We returned to the hotel at 4:45 pm and no GM in site. The front desk person, Stephanie, was very nice. I had to go through the entire story of no hot water and she actually went up with us to turn the shower handle and adjust it to the center and low and behold some pretty warm water came out. Also warm water came from the lavatory. So whatever happened, we had enough warm water to shower and spent the 2nd night. Still don’t know about the bug. Breakfast was ok. The waffle machine makes 4 little mini waffles. I’ll give breakfast a passing score.

We booked the king suite, which in most hotels is nothing special, but it was so roomy and the air was cold. This was the best off the interstate hotel we’ve stayed in before.
-
Nice place to stay I would stay again
-
Parking area was full later part of afternoon and especially handicap could use couple more. Vending machines need more healthy snacks. But otherwise clean newly renovated and I would stay again.

The staff was rude when I didn’t realize that you can’t keep a service dog in the room. I’ve done this at other hotels before where it’s perfectly okay, but I guess it’s because they are pet. The two mangers shouted over each other at me and didn’t try to be sympathetic or understanding.

-
Room was very clean, staff was helpful, housekeeping was very accommodating when we needed extra supplies
-
The only problem we had was about housekeeping had to call them multiple times to get it done after 3 nights. Everything else was good.
-
Newly remodeled. Very nice.
-
Only issue was a noisy refrigerator in room 407, but there was a door between it and the bedroom so we couldn’t hear it in our sleep.
-
Everything this hotel had to offer was awesome--location, cleanliness, breakfast, and a friendly staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
-
The room was very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Staff was helpful and the stay was great.

Breakfast was also pretty poor. The powdered eggs were really bad and the Canadian bacon was so over cooked it was like a hard and very chewy. The tables in the dining room were really wobbly and dirty. In the past they’ve always been good at wiping down the tables as people finish and leave the dining room. Going forward we will be staying elsewhere.
