Property was in a good location for what I was using the hotel for. I did check reviews on hotel before making reservations and it said a lot of decent reviews. As well as price for room was decent also. The property was under construction which didn’t know before arriving. Which I understand things have to get fixed and improved. Parking was hard had to park next parking lot over and walk to hotel where we were staying. Room was decent the AC did not work well at all! Needs updating bad! AC on the hall ways was just the same very hot and stuffy. Water pressure on showers was messed up. As well as our toilet it would not flush correctly. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I do feel that others should know as well as hotel staff to get the issues fixed. Thank you.

Location was good, but the traffic was horrible. The hotel was under construction, and we were not told. The air conditioning never got cold and the room stayed hot. The television only had basic cable and we were unable to watch any of our local football games that were broadcast on ESPN. Also at 5 o’clock in the morning a couple was having a massive fight in the hallway, slamming the door, screaming and using very vulgar language. I called the front desk four different times and no one ever answered. I should’ve called the police. It was ridiculous. Between the fighting and the hot room I never slept. I spent over $500 on two rooms. This is exactly why Airbnb and Vrbo will take over this industry. Terrible customer service and really could’ve cared less when we checked out and told him what had happened.

The staff, especially the gentleman working the front desk when I arrived, were amazing. The place was undergoing some renovations when we stayed, so a little noisy and one elevator looked sketchy but working fine. All in all it’s a good place, just a bit overpriced for what is is.

We had to have the sheets replaced and the staff was great about getting that done very quick

Nothing Everything

Under construction and was constantly tripping over ply wood and such. Otherwise everything was great!

They were remodeling the lobby area.

The hotel was under construction but our room was just renovated and very clean and huge! The staff was very helpful in freezing our ice packs each evening as we went to the Charlotte Speedway each day! Definitely recommend - such a convenient location too!

Rooms were clean and Mrs. E and tge rest of the staff were excellent 👏 👌.

My stay was great! This will definitely be added to my list of hotels to stay in the future.

The hotel was under construction. The elevators were taped off. The beds were hard as a rock in the refrigerator in the room didn’t work. so I’m assuming the reconstruction that was going on in the hotel was definitely not the room that we stayed in.
