Tru By Hilton Concord Charlotte

Outstanding hotel, great value, incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. I wanted to love this hotel, but could not get good rest. Blinds were not "blackout" resulting in a room that was flooded with light from parking lot lights. The AC unit right next to the bed was extremely loud as it cycled continuously from on to off. Needless to say, disappointed in my stay.

A very thoughtful layout, the room with two double beds was perfect the beds were extremely comfortable. Nice shower. Plenty of lighting. Would definitely stay here again.

All great but room needs a comfy chair to relax..

Yes it was great enjoyed much clean room

All was perfect for our short stay

I went there on business. I had a very comfortable stay. Property is quiet. Staff very polite and helpful. Check in was the best. No issues.

Amazing!!!

great stay very clean

Nice hotel. Located near shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Really nice and clean with great rooms and amenities!

Great staff

Perfect hotel, room, breakfast and staff!

Didn’t use any of the amenities but had a great stay. The room was very clean and I didn’t feel crammed. All the staff was friendly and greeted you each time you entered the building.

The bed was very comfortable in the room we stayed in, room 367. Beyond the control of the staff, people were smoking pot in their room somewhere nearby on the same floor. As for the breakfast, it was not southern as the reply from management indicated in my Google review. There was literally nothing Southern about the food that was served. It was adequate food, but if you observe certain diets such as ketogenic or high protein/low carb, you will not find much you are able to eat. The double Queen room is quite small and since there are no dressers or closets, luggage makes it feel even smaller.
