Homewood Suites by Hilton Concord Charlotte

Front desk staff was just awful. Check in is at 3pm, none of my party could check in till after 4 pm & another after 5. That is not acceptable at all. But quick to point out check out time. There was a woman working the front desk & she couldn’t get the keys right either. So not only did we check in late, when we got to our room the key wasn’t working. Unacceptable for “Hilton “ property.

I always enjoy staying at a Homewood Suites. Upon my arrival, I was very kindly greeted by a gentleman working at the front desk. His energy was beautiful, and his conversation was kind and funny. All the staff were very friendly; whenever someone at the desk saw me, they greeted me. I also didn't have makeup removal wipes or any hand soaps in the room, so I replied to a text I received, asking me how the stay was. They let me know they don't put those things in the room anymore unless we ask for them, and we were away at a convention, so when I got back, there was this cute little bag hanging from my door with the items I asked for. The breakfast area was completely stocked, and the food was good and hot, and it was very clean.

Great property. Good breakfast daily. Close to all the Concord area attractions. We'll maintained facility and helpful staff.
