It's a fine place to stay- pool and jacuzzi are always nice. The breakfast spread is simple and modest- breakfast could be better, but gets the job done! Close to a lot of Concord. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful!

The one night stay was fine, no disappointments.

The room booked was supposed to be non smoking but it hit you as soon as you walked in the room. Also there was dust and spider webs everywhere.

Property was decently clean inside and out but, very run down. Poor wouldnt been nice if I was clean. Beds could've been better and the rooms were on the small side and you could hear the noise from the highway all day and night. Breakfast was below par but, front staff was pretty friendly.

Not a friendly check-in experience for starters. Got over that and was unpleasantly surprised by an awful odor in my room. My kids and I removed our shoes and began walking around the room and within a few minutes our socks were black on the bottom. The floors in the lobby and breakfast area are extremely sticky to the point where my son’s shoe came off of his foot because his shoe was completely stuck on the floor. Rugs in the halls are also heavily soiled and stained. This hotel is no longer worth the hefty price tag. It’s become another hotel to avoid in the Concord area.

We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity.

It suited its purpose. The only complaint is the room could have been cleaned a little better. The bath tub was not very clean.

Room smelled musty and like smoke despite it supposedly being smoke free- ther toilet bowl was not cleaned with stains of you know what - the air was terrible - there were moths in the room.
