Best Western Concord Inn & Suites

It suited its purpose. The only complaint is the room could have been cleaned a little better. The bath tub was not very clean.

Beds need updating but staff was great

Room smelled musty and like smoke despite it supposedly being smoke free- ther toilet bowl was not cleaned with stains of you know what - the air was terrible - there were moths in the room.

I want to start by saying the staff was particularly helpful and kind. The breakfast was alright as well. The room smelled moldy, and when the shower was running smelled like smoke. They are currently doing renovations on the roof, which led to no television access. I would recommend staying at a different hotel in the area.

Property is very dated.

Staff was friendly and helpful however property is dated and the room lacked proper desk space to work at. Breakfast was somewhat limited and "fresh" fruit was old and bruised .

The hotel was very clean and the staff were absolutely amazing.

Check in was fast and efficient. Front desk staff did not make small talk...just check in and get you on your way. We did not partake of the 24 hour coffee station, fruit or cookie bar. The offerings, though were plentiful and cookies looked fresh. We stayed in room 114 which was a suite with separate sleeping and sitting areas. The mini kitchen had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and sink. There were no dishes, kitchen towels or soap. . Althouhh the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries, there was no hairdryer. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We utilized the hot tub, the jets were strong and the temp was HOT. Not too hot, but hot as it should be. Too often, hot tubs are more like bath temp. The pool area had toys for those with kiddos and a chair lift to make the pool accessible. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The offerings included a variety of cold cereal, fresh fruit, waffle ststion, ogurt, scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, and potatoe wedges, juuces, tea, viffee,and cocoa. The hot foids were barely warm and the hash was quite cool, like they opened the can and dumped it into the warming tray without actually heating it first. Overall, the price was very reasonable as this was the last weekend of bike week. We anticipated a higher rate. I would recommend this hotel.

Bacon,scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy were good. Would like to have had bagel and cream cheese and fresh fruit.

Friendly staff

The room smelled like dirty feet and found a keycard u see the blankets on one of the beds like they didn’t change the sheets on the bed, staff was very friendly, the pool and hot tubs was very clean Breakfast was good just need to have information in ingredients in what they’re serving for allergy purposes

Had to book a different hotel, this was very rundown and under construction. The attendant wasnt helpful.

We liked the room configuration, which included a small sink in the room near the fridge and microwave. Good set up for multiple guests. Old building undergoing loud repairs. Construction workers lived in rooms on the level above and were very noisy even late into the night. We had poor rest and uncomfortable nights as a result. Workers started work at 7 am against the rules.

Very nice facility and staff. Lack of breakfast was problematic, although probably standard for hotel with conference facility.
