The place was clean. The little gym was just what we needed after traveling and sitting in the car so long The breakfast was fabulous Clean dining area and great options. The staff were very professional and kind.

The window did not shut all of the way in the room and there was a draft the entire time I stayed two days on the second day I had housekeeping knock on my door at 7:00 in the morning I ignored the knock apparently they entered my room while I went down for continental breakfast I had another knock at 9:00 in the morning followed by the door opening while I was standing there in my underwear it was the cleaning people when I called the front desk she said that I was checked out because my room keys had been returned first thing in the morning which they were not I assured her I had my room keys she was very rude and I was left mortified

Booked last minute in a thunderstorm. It was literally the only place available and we were very grateful. All things were as expected at BW and we just needed to sleep following a family emergency. There was a fight outside our room in the middle of the night. We didn’t open the door of course, but it scared my ten year old grandson. Otherwise perfectly fine and good breakfast

Everything was perfect! Ample parking, friendly and attentive staff, clean throughout, awesome breakfast offerings every morning. The pool and hot tub were very welcome amenities after an 8 hour drive! Aside from the hotel itself, everyone we met during our stay was pleasant and friendly! If I could give BWC more stars, I would!!

The rooms were clean. Pool and hot tub were available. Air conditioner worked marvelous. Staff members were kind during our stay. Breakfast was really delicious!

The hallways and elevator are old and dirty. This area use to be safe, not so much anymore. They could definitely use security after dark. My tv was not working either

It's a fine place to stay- pool and jacuzzi are always nice. The breakfast spread is simple and modest- breakfast could be better, but gets the job done! Close to a lot of Concord. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful!
