Bright rooms feature plush bedding, a work desk, and a flat-screen television. A business center is available for all guests in the lobby. A hot buffet breakfast is offered Monday-Friday 6am-9am, and Saturday and Sunday 7am-10am. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the lobby. Pets are welcome for a fee - call for more details. A valid credit/debit card must be used to reserve your reservation. Cards will be authorized up to 5 days prior to your day of arrival for the first night's room and tax. I stayed on the 4 th floor and the road noise was very loud. I will not stay there again.

Nothing The property was expensive ill-equipped and room service was not Daily. It was only every other day and had to ask for amenities to accomplish Mo of comfort.

Friendly staff, good amenities (coffee, breakfast, etc., numerous items available for purchase). Beds and pillows feel old and worn. We found them very uncomfortable. Not what we expected from a Hilton brand.

Well maintained property with a friendly and courteous staff. A 2nd chair would be nice but would probably crowd the room Overall, a pleasant choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Concord! The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed in Concord. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast; unsure if the protein is real or not, fresh fruit was nice. The snacks for purchase selection was phenomenal. Didn't buy anything though. Cool little place.

Check in took forever as they they training a new staff. After a long trip my patience was a bit thin, just wanted to get in to room and relax vs. standing at the check in counter for 47mins

This hotel is very modern and nice. The hotel is very clean and staff is super friendly. The breakfast is decent and there are alot of choices on the little 24/7 shop in the lobby. The beds are comfortable. The only thing I dont like about the rooms is the limited table space. We stayed for a week and there was not really space for all of our luggage so we just had them laying open on the floor. The hotel is close to the highway but the road noise is not terrible. Overall it was a great stay and we would say again if we were ever in the area.

Friendly staff, clean room, easy overall to access and checkout. Check-in, check-out times were great. No microwave in the room. I didn’t want to go to the lobby in my pj’s.
