The Centennial

Old building converted to hotel- cool spaces. Good breakfast. Walkable to town. Lots of parking

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at The Centennial Hotel in August. The room was peaceful and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the coffee and tea available throughout the day. Truly a warm and memorable stay. 10/10 - Highly recommended!

Picking hair clumps off stone shower walls was bad. No elevator working for a long time (not mentioned in any ads). Pure cold continental breakfast. Waffles do NOT count as hot food. No restaurant or bar and "maybe October." You should do better with your description of amenities and building condition given your location and prices.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating when we needed help. Restaurant is currently closed. Breakfast was your normal. Continental breakfast. Room was great.

The owners have spent a small fortune renovating the hotel. The bathrooms are huge and well thought out. Compared to the chain hotels with the shower curtain over the miniature bathtub these are luxurious. The beds are great and the air conditioning is almost silent. Cookies are provided. Elevator repair and a dinner chef needs to be sorted. But then the price will be much higher I expect. For the moment it’s excellent value compared other Concord hotels.

The young man at the front desk, unfortunately I don’t have his name, was wonderful. Friendly, willing to help in any way. I retired from the customer service industry and I would hire him! We wish the restaurant was open

It was very pretty and comfortable.

There was a cleanliness issue-a red gift string and something attached was left under the foot of the ottoman from a previous guest

Very nice place. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were big enough, clean and useful design. No complaints. Location is great too.

Exceptional

Wonderful hotel with very quiet, clean, comfortable and modern rooms and all the amenities. Great location near the shopping district. All the feels of a beautiful old hotel. Reasonably priced and no extra parking fee. I loved my stay and will be staying here again next time I'm in town. Ditch the chains and support quality local businesses!

Beautiful building. All updated nicely. The beds are so comfortable. I personally love that the bedding smells of bleach. Large room. Walk in shower. No view at all. 3 windows. Elevator was broken but nice wide stairways helped with luggage. Breakfast wasn’t great. The waffle was good but out of syrup. Donut was dry. And ran out of coffee.

Quick overnight visit, hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. Only down fall, bar and restaurant were not open. Breakfast was very limited.

I wish the restaurant was open.

The room was quiet, great location, good breakfast, and the room was clean. Small issue with the heat. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Everything was excellent. Room, restaurant, all perfect!
