Staff was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate me.

From the front desk to our room, we encountered 3 different employees. One pressed the elevator. Another was walking by in our floor and greeted us and a maid went out of her way to say hello and have a great day.

Comfortable bed nice shower! It was clean and TV was a great size for room Nobody at the counter for coffee before I left. I really was looking forward to some Starbucks. Had coffee in the room.

We demanded a new room… after 30 minutes and no solutions in any room as to why the tvs weren’t working. So they “upgraded us, a suite” it was just as bad. At that point I just gave up and went to bed. Which I couldn’t sleep do to the noise of the springs in the bed. Terrible experience and will never go there again. I wants a refund’

The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff person was very polite and helpful. Checkout was less than I expect from Marriott. We checked out relatively early - just before 7AM. The front desk staff member did not ask how our stay was and if there was anything we needed. Also, coffee wasn't completely set up - no creamer, only 1 carafe of coffee(not labeled eg regular or decaf). No coffee lids. It seems as though the "little things" that make a guest return weren't consistently present.
