Close to highway room smelled like mildew

The twin queens' beds mattresses both were weak on support, sunken in the middle of both beds made sleeping difficult. The Bothrops TUB step over shower was too high for a handicap person which i requested through BOOKING>com. The shower had no water pressure to fully rinse off any soap. The food ordered in the Bistro way microwave prepared better at a junk place like Berger king. Better Mattress, the drawer fronts were either falling off or thew handles just not screwed into proper holding position.. reported to front desk, no action taken, we checked out early. just could not stya another night. Booking .com said a refund was to be rewarded, the sum of the hotel that was listed in the Bonvoy app was $60 less that the Booking,com listing. I expect a full refund asap.

Room was clean and very nice, staff helpful and property spotless

Clean room, lots of common space, working pool, great location off of the highway and close to town. Cons No free coffee or anything besides warm water, Starbucks was expensive even for Starbucks, hot tub looked like it had been broken for a long time, and staff talked about customers behind their backs after getting off the phone. Overall Solid good to okay hotel. Nothing really bad or really special about it.

Quiet area N/a

It was a good place to stay right off the highway nice and clean seem like a safe area away from the homeless. The only negative was the AC unit sounded like a loud washing machine.

The front desk staff need some training in customer service. We left our room at 10am and took our do not disturb sign off. When we returned at 4-ish, our room was not cleaned. A very arrogant young man at the desk insisted that we had our sign on the door past 11am and now housekeeping was gone. I informed him that he was mistaken as we took it off by 10…then he said he’d see if he could get us a few towels but was not nice about it. Eventually when we retuned later that evening, everything was cleaned up! Not sure why he was so rude about the whole thing. Otherwise, it was just ok and convenient for our purposes.

We loved it

I didn’t care for the handicap room. Too little counter space. The room refrigerator kept freezing my water. The air conditioner seemed to cut out are midnight and the thermostat was locked so it couldn’t be adjusted

The shower was the best I've been in at a hotel....

Great, bar, bistro, pool area; except the hot tub was not working. The staff is AMAZINGLY friendly and welcoming. The facility is neat, clean. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Moving forward, I will stay NO WHERE ELSE for my monthly trips to NH.

It was a confusing property. The pool was nice, yet the Jacuzzi was roped off. The Starbucks in the property had a great staff, just ridiculously expensive, and meals took a long time to come out. The free coffee in the lobby was usually out, and usually did not have cream or sugar. Rooms were clean for us, dirty for others in our party. Would not chose to go back to this property with many other options available.

An old friend and I were able to enjoy a nice evening here

Staff was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate me.

From the front desk to our room, we encountered 3 different employees. One pressed the elevator. Another was walking by in our floor and greeted us and a maid went out of her way to say hello and have a great day.
