Location No toiletries . Pillow cases had an odor . Shower floor was unclean and not scrubbed . I usually bring cleaning products and I scrubbed bathroom floor and shower

From the moment we walked in the door til we drove away, it was perfect. I've never given a review for a hotel this high a ranking. Absolutely recommended!

Staff was nice and helpful. Stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding close by.

Came to Concord for my husband's book signing of his latest book "Buried NH" and check in was super easy, friendly staff, and clean room. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Concord.

Great place! Very clean, nice pool and hot tub, decent breakfast. Would recommend and stay there again

Later that night the room across from us put all of their garbage and dirty towels in the hallway. Gross! The shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap ALL had eucalyptus in it. Not a neutral smell. Myself I do not care for eucalyptus. The hot tub was not hot it was like taking a bath.

Adequate hotel for the price. Updated interior. Walking distance to The Common Man restaurant/bar. Very close to Interstate 93 so highway noise is prevalent, ask for room not facing highway.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. It was great having two chairs to relax in. Usually one of us has to sit on the bed and that's not comfortable. the water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the water could have been warmer.

The stay was good. The staff was nice at checking in. Left early in morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was good.
