The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door would not shut, and it looked like it had been that way for a while which would indicate the facilities maintenance is lacking! There was a towel shoved under the sinks bottom shelf again this would lead me to think the floor was not properly cleaned. The phone speed dial to the front desk and the restaurant did not work therefore I had to walk down to the restaurant to order room service. Upon telling the front desk people when I checked out there was no offer of anything to compensate for the issues not even a free breakfast voucher! It's clear the front desk workers have wherewithal on how to properly take care of their guest that paid a lot of money for a one-night stay.

The location is perfect, and the parking is so easy. It's a really convenient place to stay, and extremely comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean hotel. Needed a few updates here and there but overall enjoyed our stay and was great for kids!

Modern updated clean rooms, awesome helpful staff, restaurant onsite was very good for food and drink with a wonderful bartender. Plenty of free parking on site. Complimentary coffee with pay for breakfast at the restaurant which was worth every penny. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Concord area

The rooms were cleaned daily beds were super soft the staff was really nice and the pool was a well designed granite pool. Great for laps at 6:30 am with no one in it but me. Fantastic . Restaurant/ bar good too couldn’t get the hair dryer to engage however
