The room was dirty. Not like dirty carpet, but the windows were filthy, did not shut properly and the sills had not been dusted in months. The bathroom had mold in the shower and water stains on the ceiling and dirty hand printa on the doora .the furniture was worn chipped and old. Both rooms we had smelled of Body odor that could not be aired out from.just opening windows

Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Great staff.
-
They could service your room on the third day like they said instead of having to ask.
-
I didn’t get her name, but one of the women at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so helpful.

So quite Only on second floor near one floor down or stairs to breakfast

Staff were very nice and pleasant to speak with. Bathroom had hair in the shower and cracks in the walls
-
Front desk staff super helpful but the property is a little run down and dated and housekeeping was lax. Breakfast was very limited on options

This place has seen better days. Staff was nice and helpful. A/C was not working. Temp was 82 degrees. Moved to a new room but it had twin beds not a king as paid for. Moved back to the original room as they got the A/C working, but woke up to 81 degrees. Maintenance fixed it again but the thermostat had a mind of its own. One morning 66 degrees, the next 72. You never knew what you were going to get. Had issues with tv remote not working (twice). Bathroom sink would not drain. Asked to have the room cleaned after 3 days (our choice), house keeping gave us fresh towels, left the old ones lying around. Didn’t restock any coffee, or clean anything. Ratty furniture. Breakfast was a cheap as could be. Broken tables in the dining area. No complaints with desk staff. They tried their best to help.

Enroute to destination reasonably priced Room 324 needs better wall sound insulation. We heard the elevator a lot.

We stayed 3 nights. The room smelled of dirty feet the first time and as we entered repeatedly. Staff was very helpful first 2 days. Night desk female clerk on night 3 was bordering on rude and did not seem to be interested in customer service. Requested handicap accessible room when booked. Rm was right off lobby, 1st floor, great location. Thank you. However, NOT handicapped friendly. Not enough room to move the wheelchair between the beds or to window. Beds are too high for wheelchair transfers. Shower was not at all accessible with a wheelchair. Toilet was directly in front as wheeled in, maybe 8 inches from shower glass door, which opened on toilet end only . Strong arms and awkward and risky transfer from chair to toilet to our own shower seat was required in and out. When wet the shower floor was quite slippery. Towels not provided in pool area despite 3rd night desk clerk stating they were. Ourselves and others had to request towels, then not enough were provided and area not restocked. Says pool is heated, it was quite chilly but the pool was clean with a good shower pre and post near by. Breakfast was adequate and appreciated with pleasant staff . As a nurse, handicap rooms should be large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and provide roll in showers with easy patient transfers to the beds. Hope for better next time and still recommend but not for handicap needs.

Hotel is fine and comfortable. Day staff was great, night staff was rude and completely incapable.
-
Very friendly staff. Easy on/off to the highway.

Unfortunately, our room was not clean. Dirty clothes were found in the room when we checked in as well as some pills that were found on the floor. The staff was very apologetic about the room.

The room was clean. There was a refrigerator in the room that was extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was not so nice. Hardly any room to sit by the pool. No lounge chairs, just plastic chairs. It wasn’t really heated. No hot tub. The breakfast was ok. I don’t mind paying 130 for this property but $222 was overpriced.

The hotel is a 2 star at best. It’s an old hotel needing a major upgrade. Musty smell. Old furniture in room. Uncomfortable bed. Super small pillows for sleeping. Couch pillows for sleeping instead of full big pillows. Pool is very small and cold. Coffee is terrible. Boring small plain bagels.
