The room was clean but the hotel was very old and gloomy. I prefer to book another place for my next trip. For the breakfast you'll get very limited items.

The pool was nice and the staff were pleasant. Pillows were plentiful and very comfortable! Everything was very clean. Parking lot was questionable. It was very full each night so we had to park in the back where it wasn't well lit. It was extremely slippery where you were supposed to shower before entering the pool. So much that we had to skip it after the first time. Food was mediocre.

Staff very polite and helpful with any questions asked. Parking is easy. Even though they provided breakfast, I went out to eat with family members.

Clean comfortable well maintained accommodation.Pleasant helpful staff with quick easy checkin. Quiet despite close approximation to I93. Comfortable bed and good linens. Bath well appointed and good size walkin shower, although some mold at bottom seam could easily be corrected with some new caulking. Good sized fridge although no freezer, with microwave in room. Room seems very clean but there was a slight odor of old wet socks. Quiet effective HVAC although temp regulation a little finicky

I appreciated that the hotel offered all essential amenities, including a gym, laundry, and swimming pool for travelers. It would be fantastic to have a diverse selection of breakfast options to choose from!

Started coming here in 2021 as a way to get an affordable hotel to stay overnight at for Concerts up in Gilford. It's a 45-50 minute drive to the venue but also was much more affordable to stay in Concord and drive up versus overpaying for an old cottage or hotel in the lakes region.

There was a strong odor of chlorine in the lobby. Probably from the pool. It permeated into our room so we opened the window for fresh air. Staff was friendly. Hotel was comfortable and clean.
