there’s like vomit traces in the bathtub, the toilet bowl is clogged.

This hotel is a mixed bag. The beds were reasonably comfortable with four pillows per bed, middle of the road quality bedding. The TV was huge with a great picture. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. But there were several things that were below par. The desk chair tilted back so far in its natural shape that it was basically unusable. The front desk apologized and said they were the brand standard and everyone complained about them. They gave me a different chair which was better but also had problems. The Keurig machine kept shutting off mid-cycle. Maintenance replaced it for me with apologies. The toilet paper holder was loose on the wall so the roll kept falling on the floor. Easy solution was to just place it on the tub. The tub was extremely narrow so that when taking a shower, the shower curtain clung to your arm when you touched it. The only way not to touch it was to turn sideways which is an inconvenient way to shower. The breakfast was 3/10. My waffles were raw inside and disintegrated with syrup. Not much fruit and no bananas. Bananas for me are a must at a hotel breakfast.

The pool looked nice, the workout facility adequate and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the lady that attended to it was so good. She constantly refilled everything and kept it clean. There was never a need to ask for anything. Towels and wash cloths are plentiful, housekeeping staff was nice. The mattresses were very comfortable, the rooms got very cold and the drapes kept it nice and dark in the early hours. The elevator was fast and the place was quiet even though it was sold out! I will stay here again when in this area. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
