Nice location, front desk receptionist was very friendly, rooms were satisfactory except for seeing roaches at night in bathroom. This was our first time at Palace Inn and we loved our experience, except for the roaches.? Roaches in bathroom!

Clean rooms, location, friendly and helpful staff. No many options at breakfast time.

The peace and quiet N/A

The property and room were very clean. It was well lit. We felt very safe there. There was nothing there that I didn’t like.

Room was basic but extremely clean. Parking was good. The hotel sign was a bit hard to see but no fault of the hotel itself. Overall a really decent place to stay.

nothing really to like, it's budget friendly and close to downtown conroe. good enough if you are on a budget but that's pretty much it. so for being a budget friendly hotel my expectations were not high. I got what I paid for really. In and out like a bad habit.

Clean Personal
-
Room was dirty, no toilet paper, no iron, no ironing board, no hangers. I had to go ask for all of these separately. No real blankets or comforter just decorative blanket covers riddled with cigarette burns. Microwave smelled disgusting. “Free breakfast” consisted of orange juice and coffee. Would have rather stayed at a motel 6. Definitely not worth it and won’t use them again.

Very good for a short stay!
-
Location and for most part room looked clean The inside lip of sink (closest to where person stands) was covered in black mold. I paid extra for “breakfast” - on Sunday morning it consisted of nothing but individual box of cereal and a package of Twinkies, and coffee. On Monday morning at 7 am there was NOTHING, and I finally rang the night bell and went back ten minutes later and FINALLY someone showed up at 7:30 am and made coffee. There were no lids available for the cups and nothing else available except coffee.

Breakfast is below poverty line!

I needed more pillows

The hotel was okay. But I don’t like my kids walking by people outside smoking weed! We were there for a cheer competition got there late and it was the only place that had rooms. But I personally wouldn’t stay again.

Clean room, nice staff… for one night was perfect!
-
The air conditioning was sufficient and the parking was safe with great lighting
-
It’s a nice place. The staff are friendly and they insist on cleaning your room, if you stay longer than 3 days.
-
Clean and comfortable. Can’t complain everything was perfect
-
Absolutely nothing the customer services is the worst Everything. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them and their customer services is worse than anything I’ve dealt with.
