I'd like to say thanks to the staff for being courteous

I will never stay here again rooms where dirty and didn't look anything like pictures also staff was super rude to the point where I checked out at 8am refused to give me a towel and told me I could leave because I asked for an extra towel . A waste of only . Do not stay here

Roo.m Was advertised as handicapped accessible. My daughter's wheel chair was barely able to move around the room. The first morning of our stay, my daughter fell from the bed upon waking pulling me down with her. Had to cal for EMS, spent day in the ER. Returned to the room after discharge, she fell again in the bathroom. Safety grab bars were not placed so that a chair dependant person could easily navigate I paid for 3 nights and stayed two asked for refund and was told no

I liked the night cashier didn't catch his name but he was so kind and instead of telling me I don't see your reservation because for some reason my reservation was put under my name it was put under my email and I'm just like my email isn't my name but I guess it was like the auto entry so when I told him my email he is my email and he found me I was like thank you but I have my confirmation number and that helped also. WHAT IVE NEVER LIKED ABOUT THAT MOTEL 6 CONROE IS THOSE FLAT ASS CHEAP ASS BEDS THEY HAVE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLEASE GET BETTER BEDS BUT DONT JACK UP THE PRICE. IT SHOULD BE MANDITORY TO HAVE A MINI FRIDGE AND MINI MICROWAVE PLAIN AND SIMPLE. PLEASE FIX THE Parking LOT IT LOOKS GHETTO AND OUT DATED YALL NEED YO DO BETTER

The rooms do not come with a fridge or microwave like the advertising says. I ended up checking out after one night . The manage said that when I booked I needed to request a microwave and fridge room and that they would charge me for 5 nights out of 17.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. When I checked I apparently accidentally booked a smoking room. Cigarette smoke is one thing but there was a super strong smell of marijuana in the room and when breathing it burned to breathe in. We asked for a room change and the lady on duty was very rude and did not help. She refused a room change unless we paid an extra fee for a non smoking room. We were even ok with a cigarette smell in the room but she still refused. Marijuana is illegal in Texas and this smell should have been enough to have a room change. Avoid this motel at all cost. We have stayed at MANY motels and this is the worst of the worst and the staff is as bad as it gets.

First off Expedia but the wrong day because I booked it late in the day and it bumped me to the next day I wasn't able to stay the night I'm retired social security I don't get my refund and I got nothing with it so far and it's been over a week and the service is horrible and Expedia it needs to be taken care of this is this shouldn't happen this is twice now it happened and I didn't get a refund last time either can't talk to a person nobody answers you it doesn't make any sense all I know is that the service customer service is Expedia is horrible don't use the app if they're not going to give her back up their product then they shouldn't sell their product because I just got cheated and I'm going to fix income and nobody seems to care well I care I'm not stopping they need to give me my refund back I didn't answer the first time I ate it but I decided it would never happen again maybe it was my fault but now I see it was not my fault it's Expedia so they need to fix that little glitch they took three seconds to take my money it's taking weeks to get it back

The cost was affordable Me and my family was looking forward to going swimming and the pool was closed. The last night we was there we seen a roach. The floors in the rooms looked dirty. There was no mini fridge or a microwave in our room. The ac barely blew the air. Besides that the price was affordable.
