It was dirty, they stole three days from me even though I paid for insurance to be able to cancel at any point, and not one person ever said the same thing and they were having to call everyone else to get their stories straight. I also haven’t gotten my deposit back and I left my room perfect. There’s a picture of the door at the bottom too. It literally had a feces smell, my door at the bottom was open and you could see through it, and I asked for toilet paper for four days before getting any. Oh and I paid for over a week and they made me come in and check in every morning, which they’d tell me I had until 11, then would wake me up at 7 to come down and swear it would be fixed the next day.

Roach Motel w dirty floors. Cheap but i’d rather go broke staying somewhere roach free. very sticky floors no pillows and what’s up w hotels not supplying blankets?? guests had dogs chained to the fence UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! it’s texas in Sept and hot . and housekeeping tried to bust in on me, but I was not dressed and told them I was not dressed and they kept trying to come in, thankfully I had the door bolted locked because I was there alone.

The pool was ok The staff was rude and didnt provide any clean towels when they cleaned the room. There was a large number of people going into multiple rooms repeatedly all hours of the day and night.

Only that ot was in conroe. I don't know that city,so I had no idea this motel is in a really bad area.it was scary The room was just nasty. I have stayed at motel 6 in rockport,many times,this place was nothing like it. It is full of roaches,I got a handicap room,it wasn't. The handicap room I've used before ,had wheelchair access to a large shower. U can't even get a wheelchair thru the door to bathroom,and not even close to shower. There was no coffee pot,no frig no hair dryer ,it was. The very worse bed I've ever seen. Motel 6 has hard beds,but this one seemed to have broken pieces inside. It was worn down,to just a flat thing. And sunk lower in the middle. I told girl at front desk,she just said,o I'm sorry. This place needs to b demolished. Just build another,somewhere else. The clientele they have there,is pretty rough. Looks like people live there. I was scared. Weird noises. But roaches,that's inexcusable.

Terrible! The manager or owner should not be in any type of hospitality business. A couple gentlemen that worked there were OK. Overall my stay was horrible. I was treated worse than anything I’ve ever been to before. I can’t believe that the place is open. If there was a zero I would’ve gave him that.

It was a smoking room and the tv wasn’t even plugged in. The beds were horrible and I am not picky on firm or soft. The air filter in the ac was dirty.

The hotel smelled like someone just left out of it even though the cleaning card said it was cleaned 9/9. I didn’t trust it at all. Cigarette holes in the comforter. The beds and pillows were hard as bricks. I wasn’t staying long (left early morning) so I slept on top of the covers fully clothed. The staff was nice and I could tell something was up because he kept asking if I wanted to upgrade my room for $8. I knew I had booked a standard room since I wasn’t going to be long. I was expecting a standard room not the slums.

I will never stay here again rooms where dirty and didn't look anything like pictures also staff was super rude to the point where I checked out at 8am refused to give me a towel and told me I could leave because I asked for an extra towel . A waste of only . Do not stay here

Roo.m Was advertised as handicapped accessible. My daughter's wheel chair was barely able to move around the room. The first morning of our stay, my daughter fell from the bed upon waking pulling me down with her. Had to cal for EMS, spent day in the ER. Returned to the room after discharge, she fell again in the bathroom. Safety grab bars were not placed so that a chair dependant person could easily navigate I paid for 3 nights and stayed two asked for refund and was told no

Not much Well I didn't see any breakfast layed out and the room was infested with bugs that were flying around and they were biting me all night long and I didn't sleep worth the damn . I don't plan on staying there next month on theto stay at the
