I didnt get the breakfast but the staff was friendly and the place was decent. The walls are thin and there were people slamming doors also i believe there was an altercation between a family too they were very loud and screaming. So it wasn't the most peaceful but it was ok none the less

Bright and easy to get to Our bed had stains, the floor was dirty , the bed skirt had mold, and showed signs of previous bed bugs. We lifted the mattress and found a recorded 3 months prior with a dollar bill.

Pretty clean place and quiet. Wish they had breakfast 😬

Night staff was very helpful and friendly. The AC kept room cool all night. Room was clean but had a little of a musty smell.

Booked this room (220) for my grandmother's memorial. Drove from Azle TX. Upon arrival, there was broken glass in the front driveway. No elevator. AC in the hallways were not on. The shower curtain rod was falling down, literally coming unscrewed from the wall. TV did not work, had lines going through it as if it had fell and cracked the screen. When we asked about it, nothing was done, and then aproximadamently 2 & a half or 3 hours later while we came down to go out front to our cars, we were then offered to move rooms, after we had already settled, showered, ordered food. The trash cans in the room were ridiculously small. The sheets and covers had stains. While outside we saw water bugs crawling in the parking lot around the hotel front doors. The hostess had her children in the lobby, running around, binkies and blankets and toys on the floor as customers came in. And we got locked out at one point because their child locked the automatic door lock mechanism. The hotel itself and the rooms as well as the employees are not up to par and I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone, ever.

1. The front staff stays in the back with a sign out front saying “we are helping other guests, we will be right back” unless you ring a bell. And then when you ring the bell, they come out from the back, and they act like you’re inconveniencing them. 2. The hotel is NOT ADA accessible at all. Neither sets of doors in the front have automatic openers (it’s double doors, back to back). Trying to get the doors open with a disability is very difficult, especially if you have luggage. There is very limited parking in the front, so you’ll likely have to park in the back, where the doors also have the same issue. There is no elevator, so if you’re on the second floor, you have a large, curved staircase to climb with luggage. 3. The fire alarm in the room will go off for 10 minutes straight if you shower with the door cracked (which is necessary since the fan in the bathroom is terrible). 4. The AC doesn’t actually take any humidity out of the room. It just makes everything cold and wet. My clothes literally were damp from the amount of humidity in the room, even with the AC set at 64*. 5. Parking at night is very sketchy. We parked at about 1230am (coming back from a wedding) and there were multiple people in the parking lot, some sitting on the curbs some sitting in lawn chairs, drinking 6 packs of beer. 6. The room smelled moldy, mildewy, damp, and wet upon arrival. Pros- 1. The shower had great water pressure. 2. Had a good size fridge.

This property definitely does not live up to the usual Best Western standard. When behind the counter, hotel staff could barely be bothered to get out of their chair or to stop private conversations long enough to help guests. Upon inquiring about an ice machine, I was informed they didn’t have one. There was one. It just didn’t work. I was very rudely told to walk across the street to a gas station for ice. There was lots of noise 24/7. Banging and running could be heard from the floor above. No service, trash removal, towel exchange, etc. for a three night stay. Waste of money to stay here.

The ice machine didnt work and the lady on the front counter was rude about giving clean towels and i had a today stay.

Comfortable and clean. Really large room and good facilities. Only stayed one night on a travel stop over but was made to feel welcome by the staff and they were very helpful. Nothing really to grumble about....all good.

They are supposed to refund my money but they refuse

The second week that I stayed the would be super loud even when the was at 5. My son and I didn't receive clean towels or any room and we asked twice. The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. There was a nice size water stain on the ceiling. The room from the first week was better. It's not the best and I've seen worse. Personally I don't plan on staying at this property again.

There was a kitchenette, but nothing to use the stove with... The microwave barely worked and the turn table in it didn't fit. The water was hot and the bed decent. Live and learn.
