You get what you pay for.. terrible linens, room had no dishes or glasses, no lock on door. Avoid this property.

There is no elevator, so be aware if you have a lot of luggage or mobility concerns. The ice machine was unavailable during my stay, although the front desk staff was happy to provide ice when I asked. I appreciated the help, but I prefer having access to an ice machine myself. Overall, the staff was courteous, but because of the odor, the lack of an elevator, and the limited amenities, I don’t think I would stay here again.

The night clerk brings her kid in every night. I thought the other reviews were exaggerated, but they were not. The child is up until 2-3 am and runs and cries and screams down the hallway. I get that it’s hard to find childcare at night, but still.

Location is great for my job. And the beds were comfortable. Rather not say. Just more professionalism throughout the stay. Would like to receive some front desk help the same as I would in the morning.

The room I was first assigned was already occupied. One morning I had only cold water for my shower. On another night I was woken around 2–4 a.m. by loud guests. The TV remote initially didn’t work, and the fitness room had no towels. The room itself had extremely high humidity; my clothes became damp and I had to run the bathroom fan constantly. There was visible mold on the curtains (at window) and in the shower (Marble corners), and it was difficult to breathe, especially at night. also, the ICE machine is not working, heat index was 120 and it would have been nice to have. The Staff were very helpful and kind, they worked hard and made my stay more pleasant.

The a c unit leaked all night had to empty out the tub every other hour did not sleep well

This hotel was absolutely awesome. From check in to check out. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room has a full fridge and stove but no cookware or dishes. So I suggest you bring some with you if you plan on cooking your meals. I did ask the front desk and she gave me some cookware. I will definitely be staying there again.

Very clean and friendly lady’s . The beds are excellent First place I stay at that don’t have a musty odor in the rooms, I can honestly say it has been the most cleanest room ever

Clean Elevator was not working and put us on 2nd floor.Also only 1 ice maker in entire building and it was broken.
