Breakfast was great, room was good but, I thought I had reserved a King and was put in a room with Queen size. Asked to change and was told no. The door into the Bathroom was would not stay closed, had to wedge a washcloth between the Door frame and the door to keep it closed.

The room was dirty. Some kind of cat had been in the room. Hair stuck to everything. Body wash bottle and shampoo bottles were empty. Wall mounted with a site glass. All the maid had to do was look and see. Just slept and left. Told the desk on the way out. Skipped the breakfast just wanted to go. Didn't want to chance eating. Could be a nice place but someone needs to try harder.

The hotel and staff were great. The place was very clean and the breakfast was very well kept and maintained. Biggest ding is the fourth floor is being remodeled, which on the surface says great things about how invested Hilton is in keeping their hotels modern. That said, they only had one working elevator, so it was kind of challenging to use the elevator up and down, with construction crews sharing the space. We stayed for 4 nights and I am not saying they were not actively or urgently trying to resolve the problem, and I can say from experience that some problem with elevators are not easy quick fixes, but when an old guy going through cancer treatments is opting for the stairs.

Very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC was cold. What more could you ask for? I would stay there again when in Conroe.

The entire facility was clean and well maintained. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. I'd go there again if I'm ever in the area.
