The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety available each morning. The bonus for the breakfast was the staff who continually monitored the area to maintain supplies and food items.

The hotel was situated just off of a main highway but far enough that the road noise did not affect our stay. Many restaurants, coffee places and access to amenities in the area made in a convenient location. Our stay went so smooth we did not need to ask for assistance from any of the staff and the continental breakfast was great. All of the facilities were clean and the air conditioning were great without any off-putting smells

We actually extended our stay here - The accessible room was very accommodating to my aunt . The showers pressure was amazing - always a plus. This is our hotel of choice when we ae in Conroe from now on

We enjoy from that room was the space in the bathroom, the view, tv, and the bed. Wifi was shot, we couldn't use their wifi. We even go to the desk for help. It still won't work. Room electric went out several of time. We smelt something like electric burned but couldn't figure out what. AC work half time. Pillows was too soft so it wasn't comfortable. Room was not cleaned when we was out. The curtain can't be shut fully so there was a gap and it let the light through

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good! Checking in was absolutely ridiculous! Front desk could not locate our booking.com reservation and had us use our credit card in order to check in. Promised that once the booking. Com was processed the credit card would not be charged. Well…we checked out and our receipt showed as our booking.com had been processed. Get home, check our credit card and BOTH have been processed. Called customer service, and they promised it would be resolved. Still NOT RESOLVED. Now we find several other complaints about Hilton Hotel…double charging. Need it done immediately.
