Loved the hotel. But we went through travelocity and reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 kids. They said they had a room that sleeps 5 so we reserved it. But checked in and only 2 queen beds. Called down and told clerk the problem. He said that is our biggest room. Sleeps only 4. No rollaway. No help.

We had an amazing stay and Mrs Hailey the front desk staff was so welcoming and accommodating. As well as housekeeping was amazing so thoughtful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning 💖💖💖

Also the complimentary breakfast was great! My only recommendation if possible to include a small amount of dairy free yogurt for people who have dietary restrictions but luckily they did have oat milk on standby. Also ample amount of parking so a great plus there :)

Breakfast was good. Parking was fine. However those window units kept waking me all night long.

I loved it! The self-service laundry is extremely helpful, the desk has quarters for cash. The breakfast is a plus, the showers are warm, and the beds are comfy, no smoke smell here- let’s keep it that way!

The air conditioning in the hallway and elevator was terrible. The ice machines were broken except the 1st floor. The breakfast potatoes were freezer burnt.

Good customer service staff. Room was exactly what we wanted- just somewhere to sleep. The breakfast was good, but almost every day they ran out of items and couldn’t replenish the hot food bar, so it was a bit of a disappointment.

Air conditioner was extremely noisy and slightly effective of removing the humidity from the room. But from what I understand that’s Houston.

Everything was good except they never vaccinated my room . I was a bit upset about that .
