Property is slightly dated but room was clean, shower was hot, bed was comfortable and there was a continental breakfast each morning. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Would stay here again.

When we arrived, the reception staff had a terrible attitude. We had called beforehand to check if the pool was open and were told it was, but when we got there, it was closed—and the supervisor wouldn't even come out to speak with me.

When I arrive I was greeted with I'll be with you in a few minutes. People have forgotten common courtesy, so that was refreshing. He finished up with the couple who were checking out. Service was great and he explained where everything was, via ice, soda machine and breakfast time. He was very pleasant and seem to love his job, another thing you don't see anymore. Missing my Waffle because of my appointment

The location After checking into my room, the toilet was dirty and the towels were dingy stained When I went to tell the front desk the girls reaction was more of a what would you like me to do. Her response was so do you want more towels. Never apologized showed concern nothing. When I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned I got push back and attitude followed by I’ll leave a note but I can’t promise anything. In the morning when we went down for breakfast at 8am we asked if we could have the breakfast items refilled so our girls could eat (softball team) the girl at the front desk said “ oh I don’t like taking the women who makes the food away from her work”….

Property needs updating,breakfast was almost nonexistent and someone was roaming the hallway pounding on the doors which woke me up and I couldn’t get back to sleep for hours

Good location, clean. Needs updates! The bathroom door was coming apart due to age and moisture. The pillows were like throw pillows. The ac could have been turned on before my arrival it was hot in the room.
