Property was okay. Staff was not super helpful and there was a ton of equipment all through the lobby. Lobby and dining room were extremely loud.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve been too! I loved it! I booked a room w/ a jacuzzi via Expedia and sadly that’s not what I received when I got there BUT the manager on duty was so kind that I didn’t care to bother him about it. I wish I could remember his name, he was very patient and had a very welcoming demeanor. Something I think all hotel managers and employees should have. I’ll be staying here everytime I come to Conroe! Keep it up!

I didn't like the attitude of the man that checked us in,was pretty snippy and kinda of rude. The hot tub was good but really needs a extra step, was hard to get out of. Beds was comfortable and beds were not bad

Tyler at the front desk was exceptional. He was very professional and engaging. It was clear that it was important to him that I had an enjoyable stay. I will definitely stay there every time I am in the area.

The Customer Service here is top-tier the front desk staff that we both encountered. We’re so kind. I absolutely felt like it was a perfect place for us to spend the night. Get ready for a ball game and head out good spot for a one night trip.

Super friendly staff and beautiful prop. Breakfast with eggs, sausage, beans and tortillas was AWESOME! Nice pool and hot tub and being a ke to use it at 7am was nice for us grown-ups!

I thought the property was very clean and the room had lots of amenities, including a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

The front desk staff is the best.They are some kind and male people feel like we are home away from home. The pool,and hot tub, are nice and clean, and the breakfast was wonderful.
