No pool no breakfast even though the booking says breakfast included ! Carpet was so stained, not only that we had flea’s!!

Checked in furst room when opened door. Was the musty/mildew smell. Got switched to another room. Which at first was better. Overnight that changed. The room was mudty/mildew smell which got in out clothes, inside my breathing machine and affected my wife's asthma. Fir health readon we had to leave after 36 hrs (2day billing checking Tuesday pm n left we'd pm). Staff was great. Rooms need updated. Like get rid of the carpet and replace with hard wood flooring laminate.

Ease of cancellation rest of trip. Smell of musty/moldy, uncomfortable beds, lied about breakfast.

Other than the grout between the tiles coming out, the stay itself was ok.

Room was on the first floor No coffee maker in the room...air conditioner was loud...no continental breakfast...bed was old and not comfortable

The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The sheets were stained, as well as the curtains. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The site said a breakfast was included with the stay, but there was no breakfast to speak of. They had honeybuns and coffee, that's all.

I was happy when I left. Towels were dirty, beds are uncomfortable, staff was in helpful, false advertisement on the gym and continental breakfast, tv didn’t work, smelled like moist cardboard, floors were always wet.

Definitely did not have breakfast, but other than that we enjoyed our stay clean rooms and very helpful employees:)

No breakfast, ? just honey buns, coffee and juice, floor in room was dirty, felt gritty with out shoes on ,stainson floor and bed linen UGG

Shower did not work in the assigned room so we had to go to another room to take a shower. Breakfast was not included. The hotel is run down and so checked out Saturday morning and will not ever stay at this hotel again and possibly not stay at this hotel chain.

Really did not have a hot and breakfast first one we got into it was not clean. The TV was broken. The second one was OK but had a stain on the floor and wash rag in it . Didn’t see a cleaning lady come to clean our room
