The staff was not very friendly. I left & locked myself out of my room but could not get back into the room. Finally, after 20 minutes a front desk person came back to let me back in to my room. I paid at the front desk for an additional night & was up charged for the same room. I had plans in the area for the day. I came back late afternoon to discover the cleaning service had discarded my drinks & food that I had left in the room to eat later in the evening. Unopened food & drink I had purchased & left in the room. When I complained at the front desk, they asked what they were supposed to do for me. You have to keep the air conditioner on high to keep the musty smell out of the room. The most convenient part about this hotel is it backs up to a McDonald's with a mini store for snacks. Poor excuse for a hotel. I will never stay here again.

No elevators, it's posted as if they have smoking and non smoking rooms that's untrue, no pool, not even continental breakfast, and staff not too friendly

The room and bathroom were clean but it smelled moldy. The bed linens seemed damp; lie not fully dried before they made the bed or something.

No pool no breakfast even though the booking says breakfast included ! Carpet was so stained, not only that we had flea’s!!

Checked in furst room when opened door. Was the musty/mildew smell. Got switched to another room. Which at first was better. Overnight that changed. The room was mudty/mildew smell which got in out clothes, inside my breathing machine and affected my wife's asthma. Fir health readon we had to leave after 36 hrs (2day billing checking Tuesday pm n left we'd pm). Staff was great. Rooms need updated. Like get rid of the carpet and replace with hard wood flooring laminate.

The whole hotel was nasty

The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The sheets were stained, as well as the curtains. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The site said a breakfast was included with the stay, but there was no breakfast to speak of. They had honeybuns and coffee, that's all.
