Hotel is a nice property. Rooms are lacking with technology(size of TVs, lack of casting, very few USB outlets). Very nice staff. Biggest issue is the road noise from I45. Kept us up until we turned on very loud white noise to buffer it. Breakfast was very good.

The room was clean. It was easy to check in and check out and every Step person we talk to was smiling and friendly.
-
There were cigarettes discarded on the ground by the pool which were attracting ants. The hotel is pet friendly, but not all pet owners were responsible during their stay. A dog was crying and howling from 3:30 am until 6.
