Nice room, just passing through.

One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch. The only downside was that the pool could have been a little cleaner, but it didn't take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location and staff. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the highway. The breakfast was really good as well.

Tim the night person was awesome. After a very long of travel he greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. Even at 1:30 in the morning.

Not much about my stay We didnt have hot water, poorly cleaned, and just overall not a good experience.

Room had a strong odor. Smelled like smoke but it’s a nonsmoking room. No hot water both days. Couldn’t wait to get home to shower. Everyone complained about it so I didn’t want to say anything. Floor was peeling up all over. We stay a few times a year and it’s been declining. But this was unacceptable. Probably the last time we stay there. The place next door is a lot cheaper in price. If I’m choosing crap I will choose the cheaper one.

Clean room and good breakfast.

The staff were amazing especially April. The breakfast was also delicious. Breakfast should be served past 10:00 am.

Love the pool and the beds were really comfortable also the breakfast was amazing!! 10/10?

Good breakfast

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean but the water pressure was terrible for the shower. The soap for the shower was so watered down it wasn’t even funny and the breakfast was half stale. I expect better from a Holiday Inn as I have vistas many across the country and usually they are my go-to places to stay when traveling.

The suite was very large and comfortable. Staff was nice. The room had a slight smell, like the carpets needed cleaning or had been cleaned with a fragrance solution. Might be a problem if you have allergies or if fragrance causes headache.

IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything actually. Very awkward check in and stay. Wouldn’t stay again .

Great location, very comfortable beds- and very clean! The ac in my room didn’t get as cold as I like when I sleep- but it was still comfortable.
