WoodSpring Suites Conroe

The property was nice and pleasant to stay in. The stay was rather pleasant, the room decor is nice but some is slightly dented or damaged. The rooms are in good condition and all the appliances work; however, the hallways smell a bit weird, might be the cleaner they use. The rooms come with kitchenettes but do not have any pots, pans, or utensils to cook with (bring your own). The showers also lack soap to clean with, I didn't ask the staff for any since I brought my own, but may be something you would want to look into. A pretty solid stay.

Extremely dirty room

The staff was very nice. The location was great. I was a little worried after reading the reviews. Upon arrival it was nothing but a great experience. The room was clean, bed was soft, and my pillows were great. My toilet got stopped up and the plunger didnt work to unplunge it. I had to use the restroom in the hall which I had to ask for the key each time.

It was a surprise that people seem to live there.

I like the area and the room was nice The staff kept walking into my room while I was in there, the Wi-Fi kept going out, and during my entire 3 day stay I never received my drying towel after asking everyday.

Checked out no problem the young lady that helped me check out over the phone was great When I arrived I came in two employees were in the lobby chatting basically told me to come back later check in wasn't until 3: 00pm lobby smelled like marijuana as did rest of the facility

The staff are very nice and respectful. Rene always makes check in and extend very simple and stress free. I have a busy career so it is comforting knowing that my belongings are safe and secure when I leave.

Under construction and did not have my reservation. Room was noisy and not up to my standards. I left early because of the noises from workers and traffic on the highway.

Location was good for our needs Seemed like some of the guest we a bit on the shady side ? No fault of the property , just the way things are !

We noticed a funky smell not thinking anything of it. This morning we went to the science museum, came back and I was about to give my 5 month old a bath and found BLACK MOLD in the bathtub. first I called the front deck and the woman who answered I don't remember her name but I believe it started with an R had an attitude and started saying "well are you sure it's not rust" I said "no it's black and fuzzy" and she said again "well my maintenance man just left so nothing I can do." I went down with pictures. I had asked about refund policy and in a very snippy tone she said "we don't do refunds so I'll just have to move you rooms". Then she had called the manager Victor stating "hey Victor apparently there's mold in 301, the maintenance man just left" then finishing her plan with what we were going to do. Once we looked at the other room it smelled awful of mildew. We decided it was best to get our son checked out as a just in case, during that time, I called Booking.Com (third party company we booked through) and they issued a refund because the gentleman I spoke with was HORRIFIED there was mold. Thankfully we are not staying there another night

Nothing. I didn't even get to stay there because of my background. It felt like an apartment jail complex

Location Dirty, smelly, strong smell of drugs. No towels, the doors don’t line up to lock properly.

Everything was great. Especially the parking, clean room, awesome staff, quiet, and pet friendly.

Everything was clean and perfect. Plenty of parking spots & air conditioning was great. So cold like I love it!

Nothing I made reservations then arrived and waited 30 min in the lobby then called the number listed on the wall someone answered and said they would be rite there. After another 30 min waiting I finally canceled my reservation and left. Called several more times with no answer.

That it had hot water, a fridge, stovetop and comfortable bed. Vending machines were nice and convenient. The tv hdmi wouldn’t work and they couldn’t get it to work. The bed table drawer was broken. Toilet clogged so I had to buy a plunger. Alarm clock was too difficult to use. No way to get into the building besides the main entrance.

The remote wouldn’t work. We opened it to rotate batteries. Rat droppings fell out ? we called the front desk because the remote wouldn’t work with the TV. She said, it needs to be reset but I don’t know how to reset it. Can you google it? The chair in the room was covered in cigarette burns. The bed was on a metal frame. The whole experience was gross.
