Nothing The room was not throughly clean, they did not have any face towels to give me so I had to use a big towel to shower with. There was hardly anyone ever at the front desk between staffing hours and you had to wait until someone came to the front desk. There was a roach in the refrigerator everything was just horrible.

It’s proximity to the stores and restaurants of Conroe. The staff were also lovely. Plenty of parking. The rooms were very cold and shower was very hot. The atmosphere around the building. There were people just hanging around everywhere, smoking marijuana in the parking lot, smoking cigarettes outside the front door as we tried to walk in to check in. The room didn’t have any bedding or towels. The tub was dirty. Television was outdated which isn’t an issue but it was past its prime and definitely not HD. The bed was squeaky. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.

We left within 10 minutes of arrival. For starters, the room smelled of urine. The floor was sticky. There were not towels in the room. No batteries in the remote control. We wish to be reimbursed since we could not stomach the thought of staying.

Nothing - there were roaches in my room and the bed felt like a cot. The property was listed as a partial cancellation but when I tried to cancel I was told by the hotel that the property was a no cancellation property. I saw that this was an extended stay hotel, but didn't realize this was a "self service" hotel. No towels or any of the normal amenities you might expect. Since it was a 1 night stay, we did not leave. Most people who are staying here are workers who are there for several weeks or months. So they bring their own towels, etc. Or purchase locally.

I liked the Lady that completed my check in. Very friendly and never stopped smiling. The property was clean and the room was exceptional. The parking was ridiculous. Not enough parking spaces available. I reserved my room online before my arrival but when I got there she couldn't find my reservation. I was told to make another reservation which gave me a higher rate than I originally was quoted for two days. Then I reserved a room with one double bed and when I arrived to my room 321, it had two double beds. Not what I asked for in either reservation. Then after paying for a room I didn't reserve, $135.00. my card was charged another $50.00 for streaming tv service that I never used. If I wanted to pay almost $200.00 for a hotel for two nights would have reserved the Holiday inn. I also was disappointed that they didn't serve breakfast or even coffee for the guest. Extended stay or not most of the other hotels at least serve Continental breakfast and coffee.
