Property is very safe and clean. I have stayed there multiple times because of how quiet clean and friendly the staff is. No bugs no problems. Food is close and shopping too plus the lake.

Wouldn’t choose to stay here again over other places in Conroe. TV didn’t work, towel left on back of door from previous guest housekeeping missed, no breakfast so really no amenities worth booking for. Beds were very uncomfortable and staff was ok. It was fine for a night but I won’t stay again and I visit Conroe monthly

The staff promptly fixed our TV. The room needed repairs and was unattractive with uncomfortable chairs and beds. No Kleenex available. The breakfast was very limited and unappealing: packaged sweet pastries, sweet dry cereal and Cheerios, sweetened packaged oatmeal, and a few pieces unpeeled fruit. The staff in the office weren’t present unless you picked up the office phone to call them; then it took time for them to be available! We won’t be back.

It was a nice clean functional room for a good price. The light over the icemaker was out and the staff was not warm, but she was efficient. The room itself was really good.

I have stayed at this motel for several years. It is always been clean and well maintained as it still is. At this stay the pillows were terrible. It felt like I was sleeping on a rock and now my neck and shoulders hurt. Please invest in new pillows. I’ll be back in September.
