No problems, good location for my trip.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hote, the pleasant and helpful staff and the generous & quality breakfast. We will definetly choose this hotel if we are traveling to this area in the future.

It was great. The pool was fun. The hot tub works. The room was CLEAN. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had another nice stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean and up to date. The 5:30 kickback was well attended and as always a nice feature. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, we were not disappointed in the least.

The first night, when we pulled back the covers to go to bed, we found what appeared to be a blood stain on the comforter. I tried calling the front desk from our room, but the phone wouldn't connect, so I went down in person and showed the photos/video to the front desk staff. The woman I spoke with was kind and apologetic — she gave us fresh linens right away and said she'd look into reimbursing/compensating us in someway that she couldn't do it right then because we good through a 3rd party and not directly through the hotel so it might be a few days.. It's now been a week, and we still haven't heard back from anyone at the hotel or through Expedia. I appreciate that the staff member I dealt with in person handled it well, but the lack of follow-through afterward has been disappointing. I'd have given this a higher rating if the issue had been properly resolved.

Quick check in. All staff was friendly. They all spoke. 530 Kickstart was really good food. Breakfast was really good too. Great beds quiet halls very clean, good location. That's why I keep going back.

The food was surprisingly good, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the unique pool, it was a fun feature that really set this hotel apart. If you're visiting the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, the location is excellent. It's just a short drive away, making it an ideal place to stay for medical appointments or visiting loved ones. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its affordability, cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!

The extra perks of breakfast and dinner (almost unbelievable) plus (3) complimentary adult beverages are best kept secrets in the industry. I highly recommend this place as an oasis in the desert.

Kickback meal was really good and great offerings. Refill of hot items were not very warm however Breakfast had good options and great flavors but again, food was barely warm.
