I was injured on a metal piece of the bed sticking out in my room and the hotel staff did NOTHING when I notified them. No follow-up or any type of compensation. They didn’t even go to the room to look at what caused the injury. The manager had me fill out a report that she was supposed to do herself. The breakfast was not great. Took forever for them to refill coffee and breakfast items. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay there again.

The room was not cleaned every 3 days, but the people were helpful

The staff changed the rates and pet fees each day despite paying in advance. I was also charged $608 for 7/18. And I was charged twice for 7/19. I truly caution people from using this hotel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient and the manager ultimately was very helpful which I am thankful for. However the cleanliness, structure, and design of this hotel are extremely outdated and honestly unsafe. I would recommend spending the extra money to book a little better of a hotel.

This hotel just needs to be completely renovated or demolished. So old and dirty and smelly, there's nothing the staff can do to improve on because this property is just too out of date with no updates at all. Can't even change out a curtain. It shows the management company/owners do not care at all. The staff were accommodating but this property is too run down

The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast was better than some. Unfortunately, the room was in great need of a professional paint job, drywall repair and the closet door showed signs of water damage. The $300 per night was very high considering the condition of the room. Overall it was disappointing for a Comfort Inn and Suites.

The bathroom was disgusting dirty. The floors haven’t been swept or mopped in months. The walls of our room had unidentified chunks of something….it was horrible filth.

Average stay. Pool looked like jello and remodeled room was done poorly with gap in flooring transition and shower curtain bar falling down.

Beautiful room and very clean amenities.

The staff here were so accommodating! The beds were super comfy and the pool was open till 10:00 p.m. which was nice. The floor in the pool area needs to be redone, and some sort of ventilation or fans would be helpful in there. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Iowa is famous for their spiders, but I didn't find even one in the room, I was impressed. I'd stay again

First night, TV not working, but front desk person gave us new batteries for the TC remote which resolved the issue…continental free breakfast was fair and no variety to choose from and the scrambled eggs seemed like not traditional cooked scrambled eggs, but microwaveable cooked. The sausage links seemed microwaved as well plus no other meat selection or change up for following morning’s breakfast. The parking lot was very small and not in very clean area near other hotels. We likely will not be returning to this hotel in the future, but the hotel is close to Coral Ridge mall around 5 min away which was convenient.

The room wasn't ready and the condition of the room in itself was poor. Overall, it was a good value room to stay at.
