First, there was a loud argument in the parking lot. Tempers were flaring. I got back in my vehicle and returned later, and things were quieter. Second, there was only one sheet on the bed. Yes, only one sheet. That’s marvelous, simply marvelous. Third, the side door to the building was almost always open and unlocked. That door should lock automatically. Fourth, a relatively minor point, there was no morning coffee in the breakfast room.

We booked a king room, received a room with 2 queens. Not really a big deal. The big deal was the shower, poorly kept over time and was gross. Refused to use....full hotel no option to change rooms. Hard to spend over a 150 dollars on a room with unusable shower.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Older hotel but clean rooms.

They got me a key card that worked

Clean room, Air conditioning worked well. Bed was clean and fairly comfortable. Nice mini fridge with small freezer. Tub looked bad with stains. No elevator. My room was close to the stairs and the noise and vibration from people using the stairs was a big negative.

I enjoyed my stay but on Sunday, June 12 I called back because I had some extra charges and the lady at the front desk that was working at 4:31 PM until July 12 was very rude to me and she hung up on me and I called back and she would not answer or give me a manager‘s name. So I’m very unhappy with the staff that worked there but my day was wonderful.

Staff was awesome!! For one night was good but probably wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is dated and could use some updating for sure! The sheets were some of the roughest I have ever slept on! The A/C worked well, Thank God because it was HOT out! We didn’t get the room I paid for but the front desk help was Awesome!!

The entire hotel smells like stale cigarettes and weed. We booked last minute so we ended up in a smoking room, which I typically wouldn't mind but they apparently didn't clean ANYTHING because there were cigarette ashes IN THE SHEETS, on the chair and stuck in the AC unit. Every wall had nicotine drips down them. Apparently safety isn't a thing because every outlet looked burnt and like a fire hazard. The hair dryer was broken, like cracked with a chunk taken out, like how does that happen? Both the sink and tub faucet were leaking and the toilet wouldn't stop running. The toilet seat wasnt even the right shape, the toilet was oval and the toilet was round. The wash clothes had holes in them. Oh, and don't expect a full size pillow, all the pillows are half sized. And the TV remote didn't work and looked like a different brand than the TV.

Nice rooms. Breakfast was average. The muffins were expired and had fungus. Reported it to staff, she just looked and said that was bad. Avoid the breakfast here.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Bedroom Floors seemed unclean as well. Also rooms are not soundproof what so ever. At breakfast Yogurt was expired and juice machine was out of order. Get what you pay for I guess. Staff was friendly though.

No continent breakfast. Just granola bars. Don’t say breakfast if you don’t even have cereal.. lol
-
No luggage chart, good breakfast, room small

I enjoyed my stay at this location. I am a low maintenance person so I am not expecting much except for the bare necessities. The bed was comfortable enough for a three-day stay and there were enough towels and bath supplies as well. The bathtub wasn’t totally clean but definitely made great use of course. Water was hot and did not run cold for a long time. Only issue besides the bathtub wasn’t that my keys stopped working whenever I left the property which was every day, Overall a nice experience in a nice location as well. Oh and breakfast was provided too and it was great as well!

I was surprised since I read reviews praising the cleanliness. The bright spot was the young woman at the front desk who was very personable and friendly. She would've liked to help us if she could, but there were no other rooms as everything in town was booked because of a construction project for a Data center. I truly can't give a review for the rest of the hotel area, but our section was very dirty.

Mexican music playing in the parking lot after midnight. Smell of weed in the hallways. Breakfast was out of many items very early on the morning. Staff was helpful, but would not recommend this property.

Everyone Nothing

The room smelled like cigarettes even though I asked for a non smoking room. The tub had a mildewy mat in it and didn't drain properly. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well as well as the fridge. The hallway was dirty with stuff on the floor that needed to be vacuumed. The staff was pleasant, but I will not stay there again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. It wasn't worth the money.

Did not have breakfast. Noisy hallway with feeling every footstep with vibration on the floor. Fairly clean. Took 15-20 minutes for clerk to appear at desk. Asked for wakeup call that did happen, which gave us a 2 hour late start.
