The check in process from my phone was super easy. Our keys were waiting for us as soon as we walked in the lobby. It was so nice to walk in, say our name, and get the key....super efficient. The staff were very thoughtful and happy humans. I'm glad we stayed here and hope to again. Nothing negative to report.

Nice time. No steak and eggs at the continental breakfast but great value, helpful staff.

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly. The issue is with the room. It was musty with a very strong odor of harsh chemicals. The air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the room completely. When the shower was turned on, the tub filled with the water and didn't drain.

Convenience Nothing

This was the worst hotel I’ve stared at. The room smelled awful - a combination of cigarette smoke and mildew. The room was so damp and it felt wet when you walked in the carpet. Paint was chipping from ceiling into the shower. Window sills had cobwebs and dirt. We asked to switch room bc our was so bad and the staff told us it was too complicated to change in the system. :/

Smelled like pot, dirty shower, room smelled musty.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Check-In/Check-Out was very simple. The hotel should not be operating. Our room was on the bottom floor and had significant black mold due to water damage. This was not unique to our room there were several other guest complaining of wet carpet and even their iPhone not being able to charge due to “moisture detected”. HEALTH HAZARD!

There was major moisture, mildew and musty smells throughout the hotel. They had dehumidifiers in a couple of the hallways, but that didn't help. There's no way we could sleep in the room with the odors and mildew. The staff was excellent in helping us get our money back. I hope the hotel can solve the problem. The front desk person said that the air conditioners won't quit leaking and that's causing a moisture problem. The hotel needs to shut down and solve the problem. I am not mad, they are a business. They just need to solve the problem and move forward.
