This place is a dump. Do not stay here. The hotel itself was in very poor condition. The paint on the bathtubs are all cracking. The room I was in stank. And, the pillows were lumpy. What is the impediment in equipping the beds with decent pillows. Target, anyone? I asked for a new room. Same exact story. What a joke. That said, the night manager, Justin, was very helpful at 3 AM. I had a headache and needed Advil. Though there was no medication to purchase, he gave me some from his own supply. That is service.

The location was convenient to visit our college son, but the room smelled like urine and did not feel clean.

Hotel was not as convenient when approaching from North side of city. Parking was difficult given the number of vehicles on site. Beds seemed to be well worn and the bathroom could have used an upgrade. No coffee in the room and breakfast was comparable to other hotels in the area.

I was disappointed to see how poorly the room was maintained: peeling bathtub bottom, poor caulking around the tub and walls, an empty body wash container, and the beer cans/food my daughter found under the beds, but the sheets were clean and the room didn’t smell. When I told the staff at checkout about what we found, he was polite, but didn’t seem to care or be surprised. It was a disappointing stay. We won’t go back to this location.

Lo único fue los filtros del aire acondicionado de la habitación estaban sucios tapados , pero igual yo mismo los limpie, tambien puedo decir que fueron flexibles en el checkout ya que tuve una situacion pero no me cobraron por hacerlo a la 1:00pm en vez de a las 11:00 am

The staff was kind and the bed was soft. The breakfast was really good. The provided soap/shampoo is nice quality. Needs a cleaning and the elevator was super sketchy and randomly dropped. The security cameras are NOT pointed at the parking lot, they are all pointed at the wall they are attached to. The walls here are SUPER thin and I was constantly woken up by slamming doors. You can hear the toilet make sounds every time someone in the building flushes their toilet.

Our bathtub and shower were extremely dirty. Window in room had been Gerry rigged but still would not be able to close and lock it. Very disappointing and made the shower unusable. Do not recommend it.

Served its purpose for move in weekend at the University of Iowa.

We booked two nights at the this hotel and left after one because it was so filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet seat lid fell off in the morning. The carpet and the hallways were dirty. Outside seating area by the pool was disgusting. The vending machine was completely empty. We learned our lesson in trying to save money but being unable to sleep because of how creeped out we were did not give us any reason to stay one more night. The property is run down and filthy. It should be called the “Sure would not Stay”.

The room was satisfactory. It smelled the bed wasn’t made completely the breakfast very good and I would not stay there again.
