Hilton Garden Inn Memphis/Wolfchase Galleria

Place was a little old and our hotel wasn’t fully cleaned. The curtains smelled like wet rags and the bathroom like pee a little. Breakfast quality was also poor, the food tasted like it was leftovers. I will say that overall the staff was nice and willing to accommodate me with a trailer in their parking lot.

We stayed at this property twice in the last 2 weeks as we were coming and going from vacation. Each time, the staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cooked-to-order breakfast was amazing and 100% worth the little bit extra we paid with our room reservations. Having a bar with happy hour was also a big plus after driving all day! The only issues we encountered during our stays were with maintenance items like a slow filling toilet, loose faucet handles, cracked mirror frame, fridge with missing shelf, light switches that were difficult to operate, etc.

Great stay

We always stay here every time we come to Memphis. It’s a very clean and well maintained property. I can always be assured of a pretty good night’s sleep. It’s located away from the main road so you don’t get the road noise.

There was workout things in our room which was weird, never seen that before, but my biggest complaint is that I heard music ALL NIGHT LONG. At time so loud it would wake me up even having brown noise going on my phone. I don’t know if it was from the room next door or the music that was playing inside the hotel. But either way it was very annoying and disturbed my sleep on at least 3 different occasions. For the cost of the room I shouldn’t see workout equipment, sounds from other rooms, and light shining through the blinds. Not a pleasant not sleep for sure.

The night clerk was wonderful, she was very helpful. But the price I paid for the room I was as expecting better. There was hair still in the tub from someone else. People were loud all night.

Everything was great. Just wish for $14.99 the breakfast has a little better.

It was quiet

Clean hotel with easy parking and professional staff.

The room was nice. Breakfast was not included like we thought you had to be a rewards member to get it for free

2. There were no shampoo and conditioner filled 3. Noise was loud interrupting our sleep sporadically 4. So many things were horrible like bedsheets were not changed which were previously used by someone. 5. I will not use this property in the future. 6. Breakfast was charged additionally 7. Waiters were not serving us attending our table.

Good location and very quiet. The carpet had some wear and could definitely use a good cleaning.

Friendly staff. Great location close to food and activities, yet secluded enough to be peaceful. Nice property.
