The breakfast could be better. The room has an odor but it is clean.

Disappointing

Bath towel was more than just threadbare, I could put my hand through a hole on the center of the towel. Advertised breakfast was nothing more than coffee and paper packets of Oatmeal. I simply turned around and went back to my room and finished packing and left. I stopped for breakfast at a restaurant down the road. Don't advertise this as a breakfast.

I forgot my day planner in the room when we left and is creating a lot of problems for myu business

The breakfast was very basic - granola bars, (meh) coffee, oatmeal packets. Booking.com wouldn't go through (the website's fault?). I purchased through the hotel's website and have to deal with booking.com for a refund. The pool was open at night but unlit. There was a smoker at the pool and individuals smoking right outside of the entrance.

The breakfast could definitely use an upgrade.. include some cereal and a meat. The location is perfect for whatever! The constant smell of marijuana… all day every day!

I meant the reservation agent at the front desk around 9:00 p.m. his name was Christian very unfriendly not very welcoming. He was very directing question my name had me spell out the first name and then the last name when I seem to be very easy I had already done everything online and then I gave him my email and I got my card I told him I needed to be close to where my truck and car hauler was if it's possible so I can keep an eye on everything outside. He put me in a room that was not that close to my vehicle. The room was nasty when I walked in right away I seen a big huge gouge of the sofa arm that like a big rat took a bite out of. The room was smelly of mildew I couldn't find the light switches especially in the bedroom area. And then there was no TV in the master bedroom. Terrible bad uncomfortable pillows were very hard and lumpy. Went outside to check on my truck and trailer and it was three men standing by a blue van smoking marijuana don't know if it was legal in that state and I felt very threatened one guy was asking me a lot of questions about my truck and the car I had on the trailer but I did not Converse too much with them. Went back inside to my room but did not like even the entrance to the hotel you have to drive down a small little asphalt road to get to the hotel not comfortable at all with this place I didn't like the entrance to the hotel down the small road I didn't like my room I didn't like that there was no TV in the bedroom and the shower was a little dirty did not like the greeting at the front desk

They had great customer service the lady’s there are so sweet ms Shantae made me feel right at home I will recommend anybody traveling to Memphis to stay here
