I would really like half my money back it was nothing 3 star about it no supplies to eat or cook with the room wasn't clean only the bed was made no towels good thing we had our own when it was time to check out the staff was rude very RUDE

Nothing Everything from check-in, grumpy receptionist, I was given a first floor room and once he realized I had a dog, he moved me to the third floor stating no dogs allowed on the first floor. The elevator was out of order, so we had to go up and down the stairs. Good thing I am healthy and there were dogs on the first floor. My sister in law had a dog barking in the room next door. Dirty, dirty and stinky! The morning grab and go breakfast was coffee or tea. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed a week but only because we had a rental car tied to the package I purchased on Expedia. The reason I picked this accommodation was it had a pool and a place to cook meals. The pool was green and unable to be used even though I called and was told they had a pool. The room smelled like dirty feet and no matter how much air freshener you used it didn’t help. The floor was incredibly sticky and dirty in the room. I used a towel to wipe up some water, it came back extremely dirty. They had some dishes for the room, but we were unable to make meals due to no lids and one spoon. To have clean towels I had to exchange a dirty towel for a clean one. Sheets and blankets too. The mattress in the room was broken down, it felt like sleeping on a dirt mound with rocks. For the grab n go morning meal, they ran out of coffee cups (which they only get one delivery a month apparently, as we were told by staff) so they provided NOTHING. Some of the staff were very rude. And the kicker is we had to walk through an obstacle course of goose poop that was never cleaned up the entire week. I give this hotel a great big thumbs down. On a scale of 1-10 they get a 0!!

When arriving at the hotel I was greeted by Rose. She was GREAT. Very friendly and very helpful. The property was clean as well as the room itself.

My room was a tdouble occupancy although it was small. It was neatly made up, but it also had strong smoke smell since it was an emergency booking we made it work .

Everything was nice. Pool was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.

It was clean. Quiet. Didn't eat breakfast. The frigerator temperature should be colder. The freezer part was fine.

Location Keys never worked. No cooking utensils had to call desk and go get some. Staff not very friendly

The ad said breakfast included this was a joke and the elevators were not working but they put me on 3rd floor
