Decent and clean place to stay.

The beds were good. Lots of space.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. During my stay, my family was repeatedly threatened with removal from the hotel over normal walking noise, even though my children were not running or causing disturbances. I eventually had to request a room transfer myself just to avoid further complaints.I also requested housekeeping multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would come, but no one ever did. Trash accumulated in the room, unpleasant odors developed, and the room became increasingly uncomfortable for my family.What disappointed me most was the attitude of several staff members. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and ignored whenever I asked for assistance. I have stayed in many hotels and have never filed a complaint before. Marriott management should seriously review

The small kitchenette is nice to have. Very strong odor of mens cologne. Dirty tub with used washrags and pubic hair in the tub.

It was decent. Lots of space.

Good location , staff was nice. Hall carpet wasn’t clean and a lot of hair left in bathroom.

Light bulb needs replacement in track light in bedroom area

The assistance i received from the customer service rep from Booking.com. he took his time to look into the incident and offered me assistance. My wife arrived for a booked stay on May 12. The receptionist attempted to charge my account again for a previously paid for in advance room and would not search for an alternative. After speaking with a booking.com rep I was told the issue was on the hotel and that I would be issued a refund but have yet to receive any confirmation that the refund was or was going to be processed

Access to a lot of places to eat and shop!

The best hotel by far that we have stayed at. Big room, big kitchen area, very clean.

Bigger rooms

Air conditioner was loud and noisy. There was loud music and talking throughout the night and early morning that disturbed our sleep

Clean & very quiet. One desk staff was not friendly when I asked about details on my billing statement at checkout.

Room was mostly clean. Floor was sticky and toilet did not flush. Water flow stopped when bathroom tap moved to hot. Neighbours were partying… but beds were comfy and we were tired so slept quite well

Yes everything was spotless

I got different room handicap room very noisy. I couldn’t sleep.
