It was nice

Our room was clean, the AC unit was very loud and the pool was closed. Food was great overall 4.5 out of 5

A few of the front desk people was really nice, Joey and a few of the evening ladies I meant, but housekeeping, DO NOT CARE, I checked in, it was hair in my bed and pubic hair in the shower, I asked for sheets and changed them myself, I cleaned the shower to myself, although they was nice and friendly, they do not clean the rooms good AT ALL, or just don't care

Everything about Towne Place was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had our two dogs and the property was not messed with dog droppings. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. Check out was a snap.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was professional, friendly, and kind. I would suggest adding more variety to the breakfast options and serving freshly cooked food instead of microwaving it and bringing it out. Unfortunately, the sausage and bacon were very hard to eat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and great customer service.

We were very pleased with this property. The location is ideal. Everything we needed was less than a mile away—pharmacy, grocery, gas station, church, restaurants, the residences of our family members, etc. The amenities were superior, complete with daily breakfast, pool, gym, etc. Best of all was the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly from the very start. We told the manager that fully 8-10 employees greeted us with a warm welcome and each person indicated their readiness to help make our visit pleasant.

I let the front desk know, and nobody ever came and corrected these issues

Rooms are in need of a great deal of maintenance.

Y’all should look into room 227 to see if that’s mold in the restroom

My check in process was horrible there were no rooms available I paid for a king bed 1 room and ended up with a double room! When arrived no room was available. There bugs, and bathroom door was wasn’t really cleaned! Barley saw hotel staff no where to be found!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. During my stay, my family was repeatedly threatened with removal from the hotel over normal walking noise, even though my children were not running or causing disturbances. I eventually had to request a room transfer myself just to avoid further complaints.I also requested housekeeping multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would come, but no one ever did. Trash accumulated in the room, unpleasant odors developed, and the room became increasingly uncomfortable for my family.What disappointed me most was the attitude of several staff members. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and ignored whenever I asked for assistance. I have stayed in many hotels and have never filed a complaint before. Marriott management should seriously review

The small kitchenette is nice to have. Very strong odor of mens cologne. Dirty tub with used washrags and pubic hair in the tub.

It was decent. Lots of space.

Good location , staff was nice. Hall carpet wasn’t clean and a lot of hair left in bathroom.

Breakfast was very good Plug in sink needs repair Light bulb needs replacement in track light in bedroom area
