Breakfast not is good
-
The room and shared areas were very clean. The pool was out of order and slimy green, and the rooms were dated, with grout issues and the bedding had been washed in a way that the comforter filling was in balls and the couch had holes. It was a good night’s sleep and a good price, but was not the quality I expect from Hyatt, typically. Breakfast was good.

Front desk was distracted and not informed. Checked us in alright, but rushed because alarm was going off. Room was good - beds comfy. Breakfast bar selection was good.
-
Breakfast the juicy and milk uncovered. People were coughing over in that area. I just took an orange. That’s why it was so cheap

Staff was good, but the hotel is so horrible. The pool didn’t work. The breakfast was nasty. The eggs was nasty no waffles. The bagels was OK. No coffee
-
Breakfast staff was very rude. Property was dirty. Floors were dirty. Elevators was also dirty. Poo was not open.

This hotel pictures on their site is not the actual hotel. Pictures is nothing like what is being advertised, The hotel is old & dated. Stains on the carpet & chairs and hotel has an odor.

Clean room, beautiful atmosphere, lovely reps

A nice, clean hotel. Convenient location and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The property was well maintained. The room was clean. There were minor things with the room but once reported they were fixed. Breakfast was hot and well presented. We will most definitely be back.

There was a dirty sock in the lobby sitting room the entire stay. Pool was closed which was a big selling point on booking mid trip with 3 boys. It’s definitely off the path and surrounded by a bunch of closed businesses. I didn’t expect The Four Seasons but I did expect clean and that it definitely wasn’t.

Check-in was nice. The lady at the check-in was nice! TV would not connect to the Internet had issues with that. The room was musty and moldy smelling the bathroom had pink mold on the dispensers and pink mold on the shower curtain. The breakfast was cold. Service started at 7:05 in the morning. We were there at 7:10 and the food was ice cold the area where the microwaves were located smelled like Old sweaty socks. To pay $170 to stay at the subpar hotel is rather sad.

The hotel has an odor- stinch. The carpet in the common areas as well as the guest room was in need of cleaning. I was extremely disappointed upon arrival. I do not understand how the rating was high- I normally can trust hotels.com but this experience will have me second guessing my choices moving forward. Had we not prepaid for our stay, I would have opted to change hotels.

Unfortunately, several issues made this a disappointing stay. The TV remote did not work, and the room phone had no dial tone. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk at least 10 times, letting it ring 1-2 minutes each time. I was repeatedly told by the automated system that someone would call me back "as soon as possible," but I never received a return call. I could have gone downstairs, but I was already settled in for the night and expected the promised callback. Eventually, I gave up. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed, as that was one reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast did not live up to the excellent reviews I had read, so I went elsewhere. I have enjoyed many Hyatt stays over the years, so this experience was surprising. I politely explained everything at checkout, but no apology, explanation, or effort to make things right was offered. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests. I would also appreciate Hyatt considering a goodwill gesture, such as World of Hyatt points or a future stay voucher, to restore my confidence in a brand I have enjoyed in the past.

Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. Mostly clean room. Previous guest left their room key on the dresser and these were not removed by the cleaner. Would have been more comfortable in queen beds but the room was spacious and had a nice sitting area with couch

The male guest service was very polite and professional when we checked in late at night. The hotel needs some new bedsheets as the ones we had for the pull out bed have holes. Bathroom was clean. The A/C is old but working. The breakfast was okay. Not much selection. Over all, I'd rate this 3 out of 5.
