The male guest service was very polite and professional when we checked in late at night. The hotel needs some new bedsheets as the ones we had for the pull out bed have holes. Bathroom was clean. The A/C is old but working. The breakfast was okay. Not much selection. Over all, I'd rate this 3 out of 5.

We chose to stay at your facility for our 28th wedding anniversary and it was a terrible experience. We looked forward to using the pool which was closed. We looked forward to having drinks from the bar which ended up being two different types of beer out of a deli box I love Starbucks coffee, and no one there knew how to use the machine I ended up having to get DoorDash and they gave my food to the wrong room number. It was a terrible weekend all around.

The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located in a great area. It’s quiet. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I would stay again if needed.

Easy to get to, close to EV charger The breakfast area was overly crowded and there was a wait at times for items to be refilled.

There was black mold in the shower and the entrance is full of huge pot holes. They need to invest in serious maintenance.

Nice spacious rooms with a couch. Great location for shopping. Hot breakfast. No microwave in room. Pool closed. Ran out of certain foods at breakfast especially fruit. Only one working elevator. Long waits to get on and off the elevator. None of the staff encountered was friendly.
