It is a basic room. The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night

The only bummer was the food. We ate dinner at the restaurant and we were highly disappointed. They were out of most of the dishes we ordered- including lettuce for salads. The kids chicken tenders were burnt and barely edible. The service was sooo slow.

Great breakfast which was cooked to perfection and not dry or overly salted. The room was great. We had a wonderful view of the Chemung River and Little Joe Tower and the Corning offices. No complaints at all.

We enjoyed our overnight very much. THe room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful and recommended a few great restaurants. We only had one issue. The HVAC system was frenetic. One minute it was blowing hot air, the next cold air. It was very difficult to normalize.
