The beds were super comfortable, bathroom was clean, lobby was inviting and comfortable to hang out if you needed to make a private phone call.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the location.

I didn’t like that the staff was negligent. I had checked into my room with my daughter. Then around midnight they had rekeyed my room and gave it to some other folks who opened my room with my daughter inside. Then in the morning, yet another person opens my room with keys again. I had hung the “Do Not Disturb” outside and everyone ignored it. How negligent can a hotel be by not checking in their original guests and then continue to give the same room out twice. When I went to speak to the hotel staff at the front desk about it, I learned that it was not the first time it happened. What does that tell me? That this is not a safe hotel for women and for families. Your safety does not mean anything to them. After emailing the GM, I received a complimentary night and a half assed complimentary plate of cheese and a few pieces of fruit. You decide if you want to stay at this hotel.

Not so helpful

The hotel design is so unique and retro. Beds were very comfy. Rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and quick to maintain the place from the parking lot to lobby to hallways and rooms. Staff were also very helpful in providing information about the area and restaurants. We would definitely recommend!

It was good

Very friendly front desk Jordan was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The "inside" hung glass shower door, nearest to faucet, could nor be moved forward in its track, meaning one had step in from the "far" end to turn it on, and consequently be subjected to cold water in the process.

The hotel is beautiful and has some great amenities. The beds were comfortable and I had requested a bathtub and they completely accommodated me with that. The water was nice and hot. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. You can walk to the shops and there were lots of places on the grounds to just chill and read a book if you want. Would totally stay here again.

The sheets were dirty- they were washed but there was blood on the comforter. Also, it would be good to have handicap access to the annex doors.

Honestly, for the price I wouldn’t stay again. Very nice staff and our waiter was super warm. At the same time, the room was actually damp, the kids said the bedding was “sticky”, it smelled and was generally dingy. We had already paid and it was late and the staff was nice-I wasn’t leaving and losing the money. Having said that it felt run down overall.

We went to Market Street in the morning and returned to our room at 10:30 am well in advance of 11:00 am checkout time. We were locked out and the women at the front desk had no real explanation as to why. My daughter and I will most likely return to Corning in the future and may try again for a better experience. On a high note, our room was very clean and we did leave housekeeping a well deserved tip.

Hotel was ok. There was 3 wedding parties and they were so loud at 9:30, 11:30, and 2:30am. Running up and down the halls, screaming, slamming doors, fighting. We called the front desk and they tried help. The noise kept my family awake the whole night. When talking to the people at the desk they basically said that’s to bad, hope you come back. Not likely. Also sheets on the bed were scratchy, tv keep cutting out and losing signal and the bathroom was the size of a closet

Terrific location and a good stay.

Since there’s no breakfast included, we tried to go to the restaurant in the hotel. We showed up at 11:10am and were told that breakfast stops at 11am, BUT the sign stated breakfast and lunch from 7am to 1:30pm. We were advised to go to Bob Evan’s for breakfast. The sign in the Raddison needs to read… breakfast ends at 11am, not 1:30pm. The bed we had was worn out on one side. A deep depression on half the King sized bed. Water pressure in the shower was minimal. Hardly any. One nigh we got back at 7pm and the parking lot was full. We had to park a block and a half away.

Excellent location and close to all shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit dated but overall it was nice. Great place to stay if you are going to the Corning Museum of Glass.

Hotel has great location situated on the end of market street, very close to the restaurants and a short walk over the bridge to the Corning Museum. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant. Hotel is comfortable.

Hotel is undergoing renovations which is good as it is quite dated. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No privacy curtains in the rooms.. Just a pull down shade. That was a concern. No breakfast included but they had a restaurant in the hotel.. I did not visit it.
