Dated decor but clean and freindly

In the 1st room, the toilet seat was busted. Requested it be fixed before we retuned from dinner. Upon return, nothing was fixed. Moved to 2nd room. Bathroom items like paper holders broken - paper on the floor. TV worked intermittently. Ethernet/network cables suspended from hallway ceiling. Looks like a 1960’s remake. Won’t be returning to this place again. Radisson Corporate - are you sure you want to keep your Brand Name on this location?

It was very convenient for getting to restaurants and small shops without the car- just a short walk down the street . We enjoyed a drink and very nice music outside one evening. We very much disliked the very loud band playing inside the main bar the night before that we could hear from inside the other building - we couldn’t wait to get away We were in the older section- kinda shabby entrance & elevator etc- the room was ok

not made. It turns out that the front desk didn’t didn’t ask the question correctly. We had to ask twice to get a light fixed. Everyone was friendly.

Check in and check out was fast. Room was clean and ready for us a little early. Fairly quiet where our room was location.

You can't beat the location, but so much of the property has seen better days in terms of upkeep.

The room was clean but they asked us if we wanted our room clean and I said yes but the next day they did not clean. Overall, the hotel was nice, but parking was a little crowded because there were weddings going on and the hallway looked a little like you were in a cellar.

The location is really good. Loved that we could walk right out the back to the nice Market Street area. The hotel and the room were not really impressive. Wires hanging in the ceilings to the rooms, paint coming off in places, the tub drain stop didn't work, the elevators weren't clean, etc. The property just seemed tired and not well maintained. It's a shame because you can see the style of the architecture is great and could be remodeled in a mid century style and be really cool. Parking was a bit of a problem too. Not one to normally comment of staff but when we checked in, the young lady was not friendly. I basically had to start the conversation to get checked in on our reservation. I don't know when I have felt a need to critique so harshly.

The restrooms smelled bad, and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. We were there with our children, which made the experience especially unpleasant. When we asked for towels, the staff said they would try to get some but couldn’t say how long it would take. For nearly $700, I expected much better service. We won’t be coming back.

The convenience of the hotel resturant and bar along with the overall walkability to amenities nearby made the stay enjoyable. The staff and hotel on the whole were top notch.

Total property need cleaned/renovated. Inside and out. Disrepair, mold, antiquated, and staff is highly undertrained. Very sad

The beds were way too hard. The toilet was very low. It was hard for us to use when you have back problems. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
