The hallways smell. we stayed 2 nights and no one came in to give us new towels

No ac in the entire hotel main area, bar, restaurant, and common areas, this is not acceptable, no one person told us at check-in, please sell the hotel if your not capable of maintaining the property.

Large hotle with lots of facilities. Comfortable bed and good shower. Room was really dirty. We asked for a quiet room and received a room next to the ice machine and 5:30am people were filling up their ice chests. No hot water, no hot cup for coffee machine.

Stay was wonderful. Location great for walking to places to eat and shops.

Same for Lobby and bar area. Elevator's same way, outdoor areas as well. Staff was attentive.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Professional and accomodating to guests. Hotel had two wedding blocks plus a sports tournament the weekend we stayed and everyone did great, given the level of demands. I didn't like how the North building isn't connected to the main lobby. It loses the appeal of staying there. The first room we checked into (North Building) had a smokey smell, and the staff quickly tranferred me to another room and the smell was great. Low supply of bath and pool towels. Had to make three requests for more room towels in the course of 24 hours and pool towels were always needed restocked.

Properly is poorly kept up outside on the grounds. Staff always seems unwilling to give out the welcome package.

Was in room 349 .King size bed.The staff was friendly and helpful. And very polite. Ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The staff was excellent, and the food was excellent. Enjoyed our stay very much. It never stated a Radisson before, but will in the future. Can’t think of one thing that we did not like

Great location. Older building, that’s really in need of a full renovation and facilities upgrades, like EV charging and rental bikes. Staff seemed lacking. Simple request for towels after coming out of the pool, were basically ignored.
