Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. I thought it was a bit pricey for a Quality Inn. Plus, when I looked for the hotel on Google Maps in order to get directions, the price says “$89” for the same day I paid $179. Kind of feels like I got ripped off. Also the view of the back parking lot through the window was less than desireable.

Very nice There was no elevator and I had a broken foot at the time which made getting to the room difficult on the second floor.

Breakfast was ok. I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the corning glass museum.

The Lady who made breakfast was nice and the food was good.I I paid extra for breakfast to be included and wwas informed it is free with the room! The room was not as booked! My request for private parking was ignored. The beds were like sleeping on beach balls! There was no chair or table, the room was not handicapped accessible as requested. My inability to walk was not recognized. The facility is located in a 'dark' area of town. They had their watering sprayers turned up to spray my clean vehicle located in the handicapped parking. covering it with foul filthy water. Do Not Stay there!

Convenient location, good value, mostly good breakfast. Friendly staff and good housekeeping, cleaned room every day. The room smelled of smoking; not recent smoking, but more like a lingering smell that’s been absorbed into the carpet and wallpaper over years of people smoking indoors. No laundry facilities ( but coin laundry nearby). The tea bags served with breakfast made terrible tea, but breakfast otherwise ok. Really loud fan in bathroom that comes on with the light.

Absolutely best foodservice at breakfast time. Only one person working the dining room,and she was going above, and beyond at what we, having traveled all over the United States" have experienced at least 2 people working morning breakfasts. She was a keeper to say the least. A pool! Well lit parking area! The rooms can be stuffy if you don't keep the a.c. circulating the air...but that's a personal preference of mine as i can't stand a warm room without moving air, my wife actually loved it!?
