The amenities, the stay is cozy, the property is well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights; however the trash was not picked up.

Clean, close to a lot of interesting places and dining options. The pool was great for the kids. The basketball court was fun for me. The woman who was working the breakfast was super nice and helpful! N/A

At check-in, we requested a quiet room. We were not given a quiet room. We were given a room on the first floor next to a room of people who were already staying there. Those guests stayed up all night making noise, along with their barking dog. We called management at 10 PM and 2 AM and the noise continued. Management knew those guests were continuing to be a problem. We asked for a different room in the morning and the desk clerk told us there were no other rooms and did not apologize for the problem. The guests who ignored management’s requests were staying in their room, and we were told we would have to wait and see if we could have a different room after a management meeting to discuss it. This was unsatisfactory in a hotel with a half full parking lot. So we complained to IHG customer care who called the hotel and left a message for management. A couple of hours later, the hotel called us and said we would be moved to a new room, which was very nice. And quiet. And we received a partial refund on our first night. It was clear this upgraded room was not reserved for the night. The hotel did indeed have a room but they were not helping us until we got IHG involved.

The staff at the desk was kind about where our room was located...suggested places for dinner & gave directions, had a courtyard with a firepit for the evening to relax, the room was clean and convenient to local attractions.

We had two adults and two kids and got a suite where we all had a comfortable stay separate rooms mini kitchen with full fridge/freezer, two bathrooms and a living room. The pool and hot tub was great and plenty of parking.

Ben on the night shift was very helpful and the hotel was just immaculately clean. The decor was great and paired with the glass museum. Also, the lady who helped at breakfast and the morning staff were all wonderful. Awesome place!
