Beautiful hotel nice breakfast, friendly staff. Walking distance to Corning Glass.

Clean room with a nice small kitchen. Located in a nice neighborhood.

Ok breakfast. Coffee was good. Worst bed ever. I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa on purpose. The AC was loud like a freight train. No house keeping. You had to go find and ask for everthing. Plus you had to put your trash outside, if you wanted it to go away. No real house keeping service for seven days. The bathroom was made for Umpa Lumpas. One small elevator on one wing of the building. None near check in. I will never ever stay there again even if was free. Very disappointed. We are at a Hampton Inn tonight and are literally doing Happy Dances because we have a normal bathroom and quiet AC. The bed here so comfortable

The hotel met my needs for a week stay. The mini-kitchen was useful to keep groceries cold and warm up left-overs in the microwave. It was a short walk to my daily destination It was fairly quiet at night- I did hear some movement from the floor above. The bed was not the best- it was creaky and loud! It was nice to have daily breakfast included. Overall fairly good stay!

The layout of this hotel is strange and confusing. I felt like I was walking in circles down multiple long hallways. This was not helped by the signage which is small light beige lettering on a brown background which blended in with the walls. Breakfast was better than most roadside motels that offer free breakfast.

Room was a good size. Location was fine. It’s a fairly basic hotel albeit clean. Too many low quality items on the breakfast buffet. Old fashioned bathtub-shower arrangement.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, breakfast was good. The pillows were a little flat.

the breakfast had several options. The attendant made sure everything was stocked and ask if we needed assistance.

When using the pool facility, there were little ants crawling on the chairs and walls around the pool. The deck area is showing wear may need repair soon. When going down for breakfast the employee was very helpful and when asked gave us anything to make us feel more at home.
