The room and blankets were dirty. Animal hair on them. No one cleans the bathroom. There was human hair everywhere. They need to use a flashlight and you will see how dirty this place is.
-
There were nice toiletries and a good amount of space for the price. The room also had a microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast was grab-and-go and had good variety. It was only a 30-minute drive to Watkins Glen! There was one large bug on the wall.

Staff was great Our AC unit leaked all over the floor. We had our bags near there and they were soaked when we woke up, ruining our clothes. We told the staff and they switched rooms, but our clothes were still wet and we needed them for work.

Great service and excellent price. Next to a lot of stores like Walmart

Clean and pleasant budget motel just outside Corning. Our room was partly renovated with laminate flooring. The grab and go breakfast was basic but well stocked. The property is on an open grassy courtyard surrounded by stands of trees, kind of like a summer camp. Check in and check out were pleasant and straightforward. Lots of foreign tourists in August. Not much within walking distance. No ice machine.

Old Motel in need of attention. The positives… The room itself was very spacious, quiet, and as clean as possible given its age and lack of modernizing. We slept fine. However, most of the hotel needs lots of work. Pool is shut down and appears to have been for quite a while. Feral cats roaming the buildings. Back buildings/balconies are decaying, and there are numerous permanent tenants (that are not corporate or contract workers, they are obvious residents) that should not share buildings with overnight guests. They should dedicate separate buildings according to tenancy. Breakfast was basic but ok. Not sure I would stay again.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. They want to charge a pet fee even if you have a service animal. Not an emotional support, a real service dog.

Good stay

The bed was very comfortable When the lights went on and off.

The hotel is in transition. The room was remodeled nicely, though the bathroom is very small, outdated, & there were stains in the sink & toilet bowl. The exterior is in need of improvements, but you can see they are working on some.
