Good location, easy to find, big rooms

Breakfast that was included wasn’t what I thought it was going to be . It was grab and go items such as cereal bars and things like that. Coffee was very good in the lobby but not good in what was provided in the room. Overall it was a nice place for the price paid.

The facilities were mostly good. the room was large with a king bed and the bathroom had awesome water pressure in the shower and very hot water. the bed was comfy and we were glad to have a table to eat at. location was easy to get on and off the freeway. We were hoping there would be maid services while we were there, but no one came to give us fresh towels. There seemed to be some kind of sketchy residence behind the Motel where down and outers were living and a homeless person came around the doorway, making lots of noise and going through the trash...seemed to be intoxicated.

It was the least expensive of all the hotels, too! Definitely recommend if you're visiting the area.

The stay was good, the rooms were quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet area, which allows one to get a good night’s sleep. Don’t rely on the breakfast too heavily, it’s just sugary cereals and candy bars, with some additional bananas and yogurt on the side. You can also get a hot beverage, which is a plus.

There weren't enough plugs for devices. The restroom was not clean.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I have never experienced this level of poor cleanliness and maintenance at a hotel before. I was also surprised to see the property rated 8, as my experience was completely different from what that rating suggests. I honestly cannot understand how it received such a high rating. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these cleanliness, odor, and maintenance issues.

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Location was quiet. Rooms (and beds) were large and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Everything worked fine even though the bathroom was showing its age and could use remodeling. Appreciate it being pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for the cost. No complaints.

Morning ask staff friendly. This was a lot more economical than staying in Corning. Room was clean and located near Walmart and high way

Not sure why this place was rated as highly as it was. The property is a mix of hotel rooms and people living there. Many maintenance issues and dated decor inside and out. The one bright spot is that the staff there were incredibly kind and helpful.

It was ok needs better lighting and a softer bed

Hotel is in a nice location close to many restaurants and stores especially to church. The room is really clean but hotel itself is a little outdated. Some rooms are still carpeted thus smells a little. Overall our stay for one night is good.

There was no extra roll of toilet paper and the bathroom was not well maintained. The place is kinda run down. The people were super, however
