The staff was was really nice and it was really clean. My AC was broken and leaking water. The carpet was soaked it took a few conversations and a day to get my room changed

Always a great, clean, relaxing experience. Beds and pillows were great. Breakfast and coffee were a great added touch before leaving. The pool was refreshing. The only thing odd was the size of towels at pool ? Recommend maybe bringing your own if you want to properly dry off.

Clean room and hotel itself. Courteous and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. We enjoyed and love our stay in the hotel.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Not being made aware of early morning renovations two days in a row next to our room… not good.

The hotel room was clean and spacious.The staff was very accommodating and the facilities such as the fitness room was great. Unfortunately, the walls between rooms are paper thin and we had noisy neighbors.

Great room, great breakfast, clean, staff was great, our tv went out at 9pm and the front desk woman came right up to fix it.

The property was clean. Staff were great. I liked the aesthetic at the lobby. During our first night, it was about 10pm we could hear kids playing with their footsteps running and walking from the upoer level of our room which was annoying. I had to call the front desk, but it still continued for awhile. Not only that, during our entire stay, we could hear people talking and even snoring from the adjacent room. Even water dripping from the faucet of the other room’s bathroom can be heard from ours.

Didn’t get the room I booked and paid for, got downgraded instead and when I went to the front desk to inquire they were rude and said, “well, sorry nothing we can do about it.” Also, kids screaming, running and jumping on the floor above us for hours upon hours until midnight and again front desk was less than helpful and said “nothing we can do about it.” Horrible experience and I will never be going back there!
