We have a great time with my family. Property was quite.
-
Swimming pool was out of service, no breakfast available, toilet made a constant leaking water noise, they took away wet towels but didn't restock clean towels our first night, crowds of smokers outside the exit doors and chatting loudly outside our room window on the final night from 8 to 10 pm.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Could have used some updating starting with the pothole at the entrance.
-
Would have loved a microwave in my room. Also, a shuttle once or twice a day to downtown Corning would be amazingly helpful.

We loved our stay. Very clean. We booked two rooms for our young family and they gave us connecting rooms. It's definitely on the top of our list when traveling with children.
-
Hallways smell like piss. Room was dirty.

The attached restaurant! The bathroom was clean but could use an update.

clean and quiet

The bathtub shower head/sink faucet and drain were heavily stained. The bathtub was also not draining properly. The back of the toilet floor was terribly dirty and only flushed if I held down the lever for 20 seconds or there about. There was a large yellow stain on our bed cover. The hotel staff addressed the concerns we brought to their attention immediately. We appreciated this. The old iron clearly showed signs of needing to be replaced or at the very least cleaned. The calcium buildup from using hard water did not permit the iron to shoot steam or even take water properly. The metal plate itself on the iron also had what looked like bumps. This is from possible corrosion building up below the metal. This seemed to have caused it to snag my shirt. The room was also humid despite it being cool outside. Even after turning the air conditioner on, the room became very cool, but also humid which even on a low setting made it uncomfortably cold. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is happily situated because it is surrounded by great choices for food on that main road. This hotel definitely can benefit from a revamp of its amenities and attention to cleaning detail. All in all I would not stay at this hotel again unless these kinds of details are addressed.

Not our first hotel, so we knew what we were getting into. The vending machine and ice machine were "broken", but we didn't even see them or know where they were supposed to be at. That was a little frustrating that we had to go to the gas station across the parking lot. The smell wasn't great. Towels had stains. Sheet had a stain on it. Curtains were smudged with grease and dirt.

Try to control the kids outside running around the building as well as mopeds racing in the side parking lot
-
The property is clean, not spotless, pet friendly and fine. Ice machine was missing, morning coffee tea was sloppy and cold. Room was adequate. The restaurant on site was decent.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful There was considerable noise in the parking lot with kids on dirt bikes that the front desk handled. However, there were stains on the bedspread, we had dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom as well as a pair of paint covered pants that were left on the floor of the room that belonged to a previous guest

The staff was excellent! The loud noises outside the room when trying to sleep. Understood that some guests where long term residents with kids, but to be playing outside at almost 10p with loud music around the cars.

Stairs to get to room after getting off elevator
-
All was good, except that the dog green space was cluttered with full dog poop bags just left on the ground and the garbage can below the clean doggie bags was absolutely full. Easy fix but clearly a staffing oversight. Regardless, the excellent front desk staff ( Doug) will bring us back.

It was clean but definitely old

Room was clean, bathroom needed some extra attention. Tub did not drain while showering. Towels were dingy. Plus was the Mexican Restaurant attached to hotel off lobby.
-
Easy check in. Friendly. Cat hair on all the bedding and chair.

Very nice room! The front desk clerk let me check in early which was great since I had been travelling for a while. Really close to Corning and all the shops on Market street. The chargers were super fast too! It only cost around 6$ to charge my car over night (full battery!) There was some kind of noise in the hallway; it almost sounded like a child throwing a fit. Later in the night it sounded like someone was moving furniture around? I was close to some of the event rooms so it might've been because of that. But it was very manageable and a very nice hotel!
