Nothing Dirty. Noisy swearing people. People outside the window. Scared me. Didn’t think my car was safe. Disgusting bathroom. Paper thin walls. I heard a lot of people noise. Way over priced at 100+. Then I go online and find a site that had the room for 60$. Very not happy

Worse place I've ever stayed

Check in was easy enough. I was welcomed back after the wedding reception I attended earlier. I was looking forward to soaking in a bath upon my return. I was disappointed as some of the caulking was missing and there was a small area of black.

Nice

I loved the vicinity, the staff, and the room was clean!! It was amazing having a restaurant on site! I was disappointed in the sticky hand rail up the steps that I really and truly wish were an elevator! No elevators at all in the main room areas. I didn’t appreciate the two people standing outside the door smoking their doobies! The parking lot is a hot mess of potholes. The mattress was like sleeping in a padded cardboard box. No coffee pot in the room.

The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to get is on the 1st floor since my husband is in a wheelchair. I think her name was Elaine or something similar to that.

We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night. The sink counter was at an odd height (low), dirty, and the beds were very firm. Pool was closed for the season(it is July). We had a suite that included a kitchenette and full fridge. No utensils, paper products, nothing. People were obviously living in some of the rooms. Staff was nice but I blame the way the place is run.

Room was not clean. Stains on sheets and comforters. Floor dirty as well as tub. I complained but nothing was done. On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Location is good for Watkins Glen activity The room smelled Very musty smelling Also people and families live in this hotel paid by state Not something you need to be around on a vacation stay Only stayed one night

Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Room comfortable but a bit run down especially the bathroom. Multiple families living in the hotel so lots of kid noise, smoking at entrance to our area and dogs barking. People hanging out in parking lot till late.

Liked the check in staff, who was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and the room was spacious with a full sized fridge. One problem was the room number had fallen off and the number was written on the wall in pencil. Hard to see. It was quiet and had adequate heat. Was comfortable in all.

Wasn't included Where they allow smokers, and the fact that they take in Dss people and others who have been in prison just getting out and how loud it is

No breakfast available. The tub had rust on it. The bathroom needs an update. The hallway needs an update.

proximity to Corning for Wineglass marathon Place is a dump, towels looked dirty and there was a long black hair hanging off one of them. Blow dryer was falling of the wall and the outside door in the front did not lock. The fire door slammed shut after each person which you would hear all night long. We were given a room at the back where the long term residents would scream and carry on all night long. There was no maid service and the morning coffee available at the front desk was lukewarm. Considering we paid $524.00 for 3 nights it was a terrible deal.

Room was clean staff was excellent winter so pool was covered and don’t know about pets however did see a few dogs and heard a few barks..

Very dated. No breakfast
-
The room and service was good but something needs to be done about the doors slamming at all times of the day and night.

We had low expectations being a 2 star motel however the cleanliness of the room was very poor, lacking basic amenities such as coffee maker, cups in the bathroom, basic utensils you would expect with a room advertised as a suite, bedding, pillows, and towels were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. It was extremely noisy 24/7 with doors slamming and noise traveling throughout the rooms. Some very basic improvements by management could greatly elevate the experience.
