I love the location and the bed was good and it had a really good breakfast The room had a smell which once you're in there for a while you don't notice it anymore and it seemed like there was only one staff there and she was in the breakfast area and trying to handle the front

The location. The big, glaring pool spot light coming into my window! The room stay lit all night long!:( Complained the next morning because i was told at check in the hotel was full!

Exceptional

Staffs were very nice and helpful! Breakfast was okay, could be better or different option besides scrambled eggs. Room was okay but the bed sheet was stained and some hair stuck. Not sure if the bed sheet was changed. Everything thing was okay except the carpet on the floor, there were some ants running. May be needs some more maintenance for the shake of kids.

It was a nice place. My only complaint was that the pillows smelled old. I didn't bring my own bc I always forget it.

The staff was super nice and pleasant. There was a musty smell, the pull out bed was basically fabric and springs and didn’t look or feel clean.

Very good place to stay, staff was very good; I just don't use the word excellent very often. My wife and myself would recommend this hotel as being a good place to stay

The hotel had a strange smell. Not a dirty smell but not a good smell. There was dried droplets of blood on the floor near the elevator.

It was a good location. As you walk in the lobby a very strong smell overwhelms you. It was a concentrated Febreeze smell. Furniture was dated and looked dirty and worn. Check in was okay. We reserved an accessible double room and a regular double room. I had requested joining rooms. Did not get. Our accessible room smelled horrible and obviously had not been cleaned properly. There was a half eaten cookie on the floor and cookie crumbs by the bedside table. The furniture trim was all missing and lots of small damages in the room that could have been easily repaired. The bathroom had two towels for the three of us. They were worn and thin. There was poop on the rail behind the toilet. Yuk! Mold in the shower, shower grout peeling off the bath. When an accessible room was needed in the past, we have received a room with a walk in shower. This makes it easier for a physically disabled person to get in and out of the shower independently. My sister’s room was a bit better although her bathtub had mold too . She had to go downstairs twice to get a key that worked. Our experience was far from favorable! Fortunately, we were there for a family reunion at our cousins beautiful home on the lake so we did not have to spend much time in this room. I would never stay there again!

This stay was peaceful and comfortable.

Hotel was fair for the price. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple and fine. Pool was cloudy but possibly because so many kiddos in it. Room was clean. No major complaints.

we have stayed here before many times but this time the room wasn't as clean as other times. we got back to the room Friday night late and when i pull back the covers there was two bugs on the bed, we took a picture and killed them. we let the front desk know and all she said was it was a spider. real disappointed how much this hotel has changed over the years.

Remodeled clean room, maid cleaned good. Water issue for the facility was a bit of a problem but fixed soon. Staff friendly. Breakfast was typical… location good, could have better lighting to get in the driveway at night. See above
